You know when you see a poster on the wall telling you that verbal or physical aggression against…read morethe employees won't be tolerated, it is because the employees are failing miserably at their job. Obviously bad behavior shouldn't be tolerated, but at the same time, it shouldn't be fueled. The receptionists are so painfully disinterested and indifferent to the patients it is almost humorous! If you want to make an appointment by phone and skip the underwhelming walk-in process, don't bother, you will not get through to them. After waiting far too long on hold, you eventually can dial '1' to leave a voice message that will go unheard or ignored. Emailing? same result, nothing...crickets! I don't care how short staffed you are, there is no excuse for failing to respond to a patient trying to make an appointment with their doctor. The doctors here are good, they just can't be accessed because of these receptionists who have no business dealing with the public and have zero professionalism or work ethic. So just remember when you have had a heart attack because Forcemedic couldn't be bothered to respond to you, there is no place for aggression against the staff, although you will never speak to them let alone see them.

There is a parking lot if you follow the signs P (in green square) few blocks away. I always manage to find it there. The reception is on the second floor above the pharmacy. The receptionists always seem overwhelmed by the walk-ins, appointment clients and the calls. I was always lucky to wait just about 15-20 min with appointment. I really like my doctor, so I dont mind the wait. They do ask for a shipping fee if they need to send a sample for analysis. I think it was $5 or something around that.

Just want to post a quick update about this clinic from the perspective of a new mom. If you can…read morework with the group of Family Doctors and Pediatricians here who do pregnancies you will be in the best possible hands. I did my "suivi de grossesse" here - ie; one million follow up appointments while cooking my kiddo - and over time realized this group offers what was for me the perfect balance between midwives on the one hand and high medicalized obstetric surgeons on the other. I wanted a hippie goddess mother birth vibe with all the ressources modern medicine could provide and that's exactly what I got. Unlike some of my friends who did their pregnancy follow ups in other hospitals and clinics I was encouraged to have a birth plan and to bring in a doula - two simple factors that statistically increase a mother's likelihood of having a positive birth experience. I always felt like I was being educated and supported in my choices and never judged or bullied. In the end I ended up seeing 3 different doctors from this group during my longgggg and complicated labour and they were all these kind, powerful, wise women who we trusted immediately and with good reason. Our appointments were almost always on time or within 20 minutes (I had friends wait over 2hrs for their pregnancy checkups) we always felt like our doctor, though a busy badass, would take any amount of time required to answer our questions and make us feel confident before walking out the door - so key when you're a freaked out first time parent. And the reception were kind, quick and friendly. All in all, an amazing experience during a nerve wracking miraculous time.

It's located in cote st luc near cavendish mall very nice little building center on the main floor. As I entered the office , The lady at the desk greeted me with a smile. She was super friendly and created a file for me. She told me it wouldn't be too long to see the doctor. She wasn't lying, the doctor came out exactly on the time of my appointment and called me in very quickly. I had some issues I need to see a doctor and Dr Albert Levy was there to diagnose me and he was the best doctor in town !! I was so happy I found a real doctor that truly cares and he was very experienced and knew what he was doing. He is one of the rare gems that actually cares about curing patients. I was so relieved to have gotten the care I needed at the time. It's unpleasant to be sick and not know what's going on but Dr Levy was truly amazing and made me feel way better after my visit. He went above and beyond for me. Overall, I definitely recommend this clinic and this particular doctor. Thank you again for everything Doc you're the best!!!

Ok it's official, I love this clinic…read more The 3-stories clinic is fairly new. It's the 2.0 version of the old Metro Monk clinic. It's got a great layout, spacious, sunny, clean. The staff and doctors are professional, mostly young (fresh outta residency - a few years in), and treat you respectfully. It's super accessible by metro, just across the street. By car is a bit trickier to find parking. It has great walk in services and patient services with a functional website. You can book appointments with your Dr. with just a few clicks. As a walk in clinic, what's great is you don't have to line up outside in the rain/cold so that's a huge perk. They have a ton of specialists working in the same building from physiotherapy to ophthalmology to cardiology, etc. They also take blood tests but only by appointment. The only "negative" which I think applies to just about every other clinic is that there's not a lot of privacy when you're at the front desk rattling off your symptoms and personal info. Now maybe this is worth more than my review: HOW I GOT MY FAMILY DR. I called Info Santé to get info on getting a family Dr. I called to get my name placed on a waiting list based on my health status...and forgot about it. Two+ years later I get a call out of the blue saying:* Congratulations!! You've been assigned as a patient to Dr. So 'n so! Do you accept this offer??? So my reasonable answer was Heck yeah!!! And my Dr was from the CMMM. *Dramatization added for extra effect
