Update: The business…read morehas now refunded me in full. Like other service reviews, they completely disregarded my time, I had to get a key fob programmed to my truck. They said 30 mins and it was over two hours and couldn't even program it. Why not look at my truck and see if it has what it needs before making the customers appointment? You telling me the dealer can't search by VIN and see what the truck comes with? They never told me if the key couldn't be programmed it wasn't refundable. Wasted $180 on a piece of plastic. This place has no one with knowledge on these trucks and terrible customer service. They never offered to order parts or make it right for me, just said it's expensive. Steer CLEAR!!

He quickly determined that the battery needed replacing and changed the battery. He had to stay a few minutes past 9:00 but never once made us feel like we were inconveniencing him. They knew we were traveling and so they moved our car to the top of the stack. They plugged the hole and we were in and out in 20 minutes. And it was only $15! The staff were beyond kind and gave suggestions if things to go once we reached our destination.
