As we did not have a lot of time to set up after the funeral service and with no instructions making the coffee was a disaster. No lines for amount of water or coffee. When I returned the coffee and hot water urns, we were told the instructions were taped on the bottom of the box . My name was taped over the instructions so we had no idea they were there. Why not put the instructions on the top, near the top or inside the box or unit. Why hide it under my name?

I don't even know where to start. These guys are the most unprofessional and unprepared team I have…read moreever worked with. We had an outdoor event and when they came to set up the decor, the wind was a bit higher than normal and was blowing the decor off the tables and blew the canopy to the ground. Totally out of both parties control. My issue lies with them knowing the wind was going to be strong that day as they came three days prior and refused to work with us in finding a solution. They simply said "we don't have anything" . Even that was like okay, a bit annoying but whatever. I tried calling Abe and just asked if there's any way to put weights on the decor and if there's anything else he could do. This guy, on my own reception day yelled at me. Like literally yelled and was swearing. He told me "don't tell me how to do my effin job" etc. At this point I was furious. This is completely not okay, you should not yell or swear at your clients, especially when they pay you 10 grand for what they thought was a "professional" service. These guys are just a bunch of clowns that should not be trusted to host your event. The cherry on top is the fact that he refuses to communicate, address the issue by calling us back, reply to our reviews. His solution is to post fake 5 star reviews on his google page. Honestly do what you want but there are far better decor companies out there that have a better team, better problem management skills and better communication with there clients.

The information was easy to find and when I called to book they were really friendly and organized. We ended up getting the castle earlier and it was in great condition. Phil set it up and explained all the details about making sure it didn't get damaged and no one got hurt. I used them again in the beginning of September when they had a sale on. Again great service, price was right and the people are super friendly, on time and clear about what is needed to have a great time. I will use them from now on for all my bouncy castle needs.

We just didn't feel like we had the time and energy we needed to plan on our own on top of working and living our busy lives... Enter Joelle! We were totally blown away after our very first consultation meeting by how organized and professional she was, not to mention how bubbly and upbeat. She's been planning weddings for over 4 years, and has a thorough understanding of the wedding industry, and great connections and knowledge of local vendors and venues. Even little things like making sure nobody paddled off in our rental canoe, or shooing away wayward tourists who wandered into our wedding venue were handled with grace and professionalism. She wrangled our friends and family for all the family photos that we wanted, so that we had more time for couples' photos with our photographer. Our family and friends got along with her and thought she was great! Since our wedding, our families have told us they understand why we decided to get a wedding planner, and how wonderful and helpful Joelle was on our wedding day. As far as wedding planning goes, we would say that the whole process was about as painless as it could possibly be, and Joelle is the one responsible for that! One of the things we appreciated most was that Joelle really took the time to get to know us as a couple, and got an understanding of what our vision was for our wedding.
