The technician turned up with everything required to do the job there and then. Once we'd confirmed exactly what I wanted, he got straight down to the job and performed it efficiently, cleaning up after himself. Given the specialist nature of the service and the fact that they come to you, the fixed pricing I was quoted was reasonable.
