The morning of the night I was to fly in, I called Scott Green, who happens to own the business, and not only was he able to provide a luxurious Lincoln Town Car, he also picked me up himself and he offered a fantastic flat rate. Even with tip, I paid less than base fare for a taxi. The customer service was impeccable. He spent a good amount of time on the phone with me, explaining the details of his business - he worked in the hospitality industry for 12 years, and boy, does it show. He was pleasant, chatty, knowledgable, personable and reassuring. The ride was smooth and relaxing, and Scott knew exactly where to go because he has regulars in the same neighborhood. I love the feature in the Uber application that allows you to share your ride with someone. I shared my rides with my husband and my mom. This allow them to see the status of my ride. I was worried if I would be able to find a driver at 5:00 AM. I utilized the feature in the Uber app that allows you to schedule a ride in advance. I scheduled my request for a 5:00 AM ride a day in advance. I didn't have any issues. The driver showed up promptly and I made it to the airport in ample time. I wouldn't hesitate to use Uber services in this area again.
