The other was last week when she hired him to remove a dead ash that was threatening our home. Both times he did the job properly but was rude in the process. On this occasion, we spoke with him by phone about his plans to go all the way across our property and onto our driveway in order to remove the debris. He reluctantly agreed to take the shorter route on our neighbor's property, but when he arrived he started to set up in front of our house. It took several attempts and the threat to deny permission to access our property before he finally became civil and did as we asked. The tree which was very tall and difficult to remove came down with only a little damage to our oak, but Josh never acknowledged or apologized for his rude behavior. The bottom line is that if you want a skilled tree service with seasaoned workers, and you don't mind being treated badly, Josh is your man.

He was able to remove the trees off of the premises and cleaned up after they had been moved. He did it so fast too. Michael did such a great job, we are hiring him to take down more trees and he also has a Handy Man company, Handy Nam, LLC, which we are bringing him back over for to do some work in the house. Despite reaching out to him twice and his secretary once, I've never heard back from them over the course of about two months.
