The last time I was there I sat in the waiting room for 30 minutes past my appointment time. I was the only one waiting; I saw a couple of patients leave after finishing their therapy. I saw the manager go in and out of her office, never acknowledging I was even there. The receptionist was nice, apologetic, tried to help, but I finally walked out. I worked in healthcare for over 30 years and I could not not have been less impressed. If you need PT, go somewhere else.

This guy was going to get within inches of me or even touch me and he had not been vaccinated nor was he wearing a mask. They called the manager out to talk to me. She was wearing a cheap cloth mask but she was not been vaccinated. They did get me an appointment in Orange City were the evaluator is vaccinated. When I talked to the Orange City people to schedule the appointment they assured me their people are vaccinated. Why on earth would a healthcare agency that is treating people, many elderly, with health issues let unvaccinated staff treat them? It isn't just a matter of exposing high people at risk to COVID, but how can we trust the advice of people who refuse to get vaccinated?
