Today was free comic book day. Monkey Paws was one of the gracious comic book stores to give us not…read moreone but four comics per customer. And they had great stories too. Heck they even have Blade in a few of them which I was excited for. I believe the whole store was discounted 10 or 20% as well. I've been there before and was treated well by the employees as the customer service was stupendous I'm all about supporting the local establishments but today I was a bit put off. They hold a raffle and for each customer transaction you received a couple of raffle tickets. One for today and one for a later day. Well I made my purchase and my nephew found something else as we were walking out the door. We stood in line and made another purchase. I wasn't given a ticket and asked for one and was told by the dark haired lady behind the counter that today was only one ticket per customer not per transaction and dismissed me. I don't see the difference between today or Any other day. My money is green and credit cards are plastic every day. If it's because of the specials at least they made 80% of the sale then nothing at all.

ALL C's has no problem low balling you to an offensive amount. so unless you are desperate. and I mean DESPERATE and there is no other choice.. Go to ALL C's. just bring some lube.

This is my go to place for model paint, glue and sandpaper. It's in a nice area of town and there is plenty of parking. What they don't have, they can order for you. I shopped here with my dad when I was a kid. Now I shop with my kids. I will shop here for years to come.

And somehow... he even found a couple action figures he didn't already have, which is honestly rare because it feels like he owns everything. That alone made it worth the stop. The staff was super friendly, the store was clean and really well organized, and the selection was solid. Pricing felt competitive too, which I always appreciate. Definitely worth a visit if you're into collectibles--even if you're just tagging along like me, it's a fun stop. I just wish they had some "wife" seating so I could have relaxed while he shopped. I was really tired and sore from going to a concert the night before. But I did lean on the glass cases for some relief and no one got upset.

**Disappointed with the customer service**…read more I called to ask a simple question about a product, and less than 10 seconds into the call, I was hung up on. As a business owner myself, I understand that things can get busy, but I found this extremely unprofessional. The least that could have been said was, "We don't have that product in stock," or simply explaining that they couldn't help me. Instead, the call was abruptly ended. Unfortunately, customer service like this leaves a lasting impression. I will not be supporting this business again, nor will I be recommending it to my friends, family, or clients. There are plenty of other businesses that understand the importance of treating customers with basic courtesy and respect.
