She was very rude telling me that it was not one of theirs and you get theirs through social media‍if this was not bad enough she is being just as rude to another elderly customer who had come in at 9:30 this morning and another employee told her to come back at 1pm, which she did. Asked her if she had checked in online to which the lady told her she didn't know she was supposed to. No empathy for the woman at all. Told her she would have a 45 minute wait. Will never go to this location again!
