More often than not the banter revolves around lambasting of customers who are not present, topics inappropriate to young ears, or generally unprofessional concerns. Sadly, it is not just the employees who are disrespectful. Now, it may be that I have too high of expectations of a largely overpriced barbershop? ‍ I was a loyal customer for years, stepping through a number of barbers year over year. However, it has clearly gone downhill since the shift in ownership. And such loyalty is no longer deserved or appropriate.
