I almost didn't want to write this review bc I selfishly don't want it to become hard to schedule appointments with Camilla. But she deserves a shout out. If you're looking for a massage with amazing pressure and nimble hands, ask for Camilla. She may look slender, but once my face was in the massage table cradle, I could've sworn a very skilled lumberjack was the one massaging me. She had a way of somehow getting her fingertips BETWEEN the muscles in the knots on my shoulders. New to the area, passed by this place and looked them up on yelp, they had great reviews, so I called and booked a massage and an appointment with the chiropractor. I seen the female chiropractor cant remember her name but she was awesome! I will definitely be going back to see her! Afterwards I had a massage by another lady and it was also amazing. I found my new home will definitely be signing up for a membership and going in monthly. And yes the membership is one massage a month at a cheaper price than if you weren't a member and then your next massage is a little cheaper. So I guess it just depends how often you want to go. I had a horrible experience with this particular employee who was careless about his customer. I came into the room and looked for a place to put down my hat, phone and keys but there was no room left for myself. He had the whole table taken by placing his own hat, phone, bandana, keys...so I placed my stuff at the very small area of the corner (not even touching his items). After finishing with the unhappy massage, I stood up to find out that he threw my items on the chair without even asking for my permission. I made a complaint with his female manager the next day on what he did to me. She apologized and said that this would not happen again. She even booked my next appointment with someone else to ease my frustration. The day I showed up for my appointment, the same guy was standing there waiting for me. I got really upset and left. The next day I called back to complain and she said she didn't know that her employee switched my appointment to the same guy. My biggest question to her is, as a manager you didn't do enough to take care your customer. If you could have left enough info with your employees, knowing that you would not be there on the weekend, that I had a horrible experience with that particular employee, he would have not dared to pass my appointment to someone else. I don't know how they screened and trained their employees but for me just a horrible experience received from staff to manager. Take your hard earned money somewhere else. I was so lucky to find Dr. O'Brien and his staff! We travel back and forth from Oregon to Texas on a regular basis. I am always welcomed so warmly by the staff at N8 and Dr. O'Brien! And the adjustments I have received have been superior! It's simply the best! The facility is clean, modern, and well appointed. I'll keep this short, as I hope the owners are reading this. The two chiropractors on staff are wonderful, the massage therapist I've been seeing is great, and the staff are extremely friendly. But there's one big flaw that keeps this place at only a 4/5. The chairs in the waiting room are TORTURE. For a place about helping you feel better it makes you feel like they're trying to sabotage you when you have to wait for more than a minute. Never ever come here! They just take your money and are very unprofessional. Not once did they state they didn't accept our insurance and if anything lied because they said they would reimburse us after verifying. I called and they weren't even apologetic about not telling us and about their lack of communication. She even had the nerve to say "maybe language barrier" I said I was the one paying and I don't even speak Spanish! N8 was recommended by a friend and since I have been having some serious lower back problems decided it was time to get some treatment. First visit was very informative, doctors were great, staff was great and overall it was a great appointment. We located the issue and put a plan in place to correct. And they no longer honor the "discount passes" that you could use for a friend if you were a member. Great massage depending on who you get and what you are looking for. Candace has been my masseuse for years and she recently left and I tried Lauran today. Although she is newer to massage (only a couple years in the industry) she did a great job and I was very pleased. We did a two hour massage and she worked out everything I asked her too. She also only held conversation that I initiated which is so nice when you are wanting to be quiet sometimes and wanted to ask questions or chat at other times. I was able to make a same-day appointment in the afternoon after work for chiropractic treatment and then another appointment with a message therapist right after. Dr. Vozza was amazing and has redefined my expectations of a chiropractor. Is there a less than one star option??? Originally, I was very excited to see this facility in the area. I needed a chiropractor first and foremost and the addition of the massage and other therapies available really appealed to me as well. My original visit was for a massage and for a minor adjustment and it was just good as any other place in the area. My therapist was kind and efficient and did everything I asked her to do. The chiropractor did a fine job, but there was no extenuating need to address. I returned several weeks later for a chiropractic appointment after my neck went out of place from some heavy lifting. Because of my work schedule, I had to rearrange several things to be able to make it during their hours of operation. I arrived on time for my 5:30 PM appointment and signed in right away. There were one or two people ahead of me and I expect this at any doctors office so I sat patiently waiting. 10 minutes after I arrived a woman walked in with her two children. She signed them and also took a seat. During this time, the people ahead of me had been called into the doctors office for their appointments. Five minutes later, 15 minutes after my schedule appointment, a nurse came out and picked up the sign-in sheet and call the woman's name instead of mine. It turns out the woman had not signed in just herself but also both of her children. She stood up and began to walk into the door, I looked up in bewilderment at the woman behind the reception desk. A moment later I asked her what was going on because I knew that I had arrived before this woman and I needed to be gone by a certain time. In addition, I pointed out that not only had one person been called ahead of me, but now three were called ahead of me. I'm no math wizard, but I know for certain it takes longer to adjust three people than it does one. This exchange happened within moments of their mistake, but they did not recognize the opportunity to correct it. They could have simply told the woman she was called out of order and to please return to the waiting room until it was her turn. If that had happened this would be a different review. The woman behind the desk called back into the office to let the doctor know what happened and that I had limited time. The doctor also failed to recognize the opportunity to remedy this mistake. I sat ever so patiently for another 25 minutes, 40 minutes after my scheduled appointment, until I was finally called into the office. When I entered, the doctor apologized and thanked me for my patience. He did the usual bending stretching and cracking, then told me I would require extra therapy to help him address my issue. I reminded I needed to leave to return to work and questioned how long it would take. He informed me it would take at least twenty minutes. I replied again that I didn't have that kind of time left. I also reminded him that my lack of time was the result of their mistake and inability to address it properly. I left the office with very little difference in my condition, a sour taste in my mouth, and a hollow apology. I will mention that they did not charge me for the appointment, but who cares?!?!? It's not like I sent back a salad not to my taste...I had a serious problem that required attention and they treated me like cattle. I do not recommend this place at all. I have received better attention at "The Joint" who simply handles walk-in adjustments. I have been attending Chiropractors for about 20 years and have a good points of reference as to what a quality chiropractic office is and should be. This office relies too much on machines instead of hands-on care, has poor customer service, and is clearly a money-driven facility. read more

I got a gift card thinking that I would receive a peaceful massage however that is not what I got. The employees that assisted me were older women and were very rude, especially the front desk lady with short blonde hair. Customer service at its worst! My husband purchased a membership for me as a gift thinking I could get different massages under my membership. Little did he know, I still have to pay like $15 extra for every message but swedish or deep tissue. Secondly, when I went to cancel my membership they wouldn't allow me to do it over the phone so I had to come in just to cancel a membership for massage and I ended up having like 7 massages left to take. I was told that my membership would end in December and I had 45 days from there to get my massages so it would end in March. Then in December my massage therapist told me he wouldn't give me anymore massages until I took time out to do the recommended stretches. I thought that i had plenty of time until i went to schedule a massage today and was told I signed a paper stating I had 45 days from the day I came in which was October so they expired and there is nothing they can do about it. When I asked to speak to the manager i was told the manager created the form i signed in person so she will say the same thing meaning there is nothing they can do. So in my opinion If you need any adjustment come here otherwise go to elite for massages. read more

I Love Love Love Camilla!!!!! I've been going here since 2014 and I only see her for a massage! She knows how to make it relaxing and yet she can still get my knots out. Since I go monthly or more the ladies at the front desk already know me when I walk in and do not hesitate to let Camilla know I'm there. They also are very friendly and have no problem letting me know ahead of time if I am able to get a 90 minute massage or not. Camilla is great and I know she deals with a lot of people but she still remembers what I like and don't like and will ask me before making any changes. She is very considerate and not inappropriate at all. When she has to stay home and tend to her house after Hurricane Harvey I did not want to see anyone else and waited over a month for her to come back. She is the best masseuse there if you are looking to be relaxed and not man handled! She needs a raise and if they don't do that here then they should start! i came in at 10:40 to fill out some papers. when i came in and it smelled like chemicals in the front desk beyond that it smelled better, my appointment was at 11 and i entered the room late 11:10 started around 11:15 because they were taking to long, finally they called me and went to my room the lady that game me the massage was extremely rough massage i ask her to be more gentle because she was hurting me but i guess she didn't care, on top of that she was talking to much asking me to many questions about my self and my friend. instead of this been a relaxing time it it was a conversation with painful massage. the co-workers out in the hall were been so loud talking and laughing. she finished early around 11:45 so she owl me alot time it should be 50 mins and they the lady from the front said we have to give a tip. as my first experice this was horrible :( read more
