There's a good selection of meat/seafood, vegetables, and tofu to build your bowl with. Then there's the signature Mongolian sauce along with ginger, sesame oil, lemon juice and so forth to season the bowl before handing off to be placed on the grill. The cooks take their time and I've never seen them cook more than two bowls at a time unlike the chain restaurants. The meal comes off the grill steaming hot and delicious. I've really enjoyed eating here.
