Debbie the awesome nurse kept my mother engaged in conversation and kept her anxiety to a minimum. When we arrived safely, with the very careful driver Bill, at her destination, the facility was not ready. They waited very patiently for her to be transferred from the chair she was transported into her bed. OH, did I mention the cost?? The fee was extremely reasonable!!! We just would not have been able to move mother without this great service! Also, a shout out to Karen, not only is she sweet and caring, but she is also very efficient and very detailed oriented.

But I quickly learned that the services that were being projected were more of a prototype and really wasn't a fully functional platform and that the owners weren't transparent about the behind the scenes dealings. Also, when questioned about transparency I was ghosted and promised a refund that was never given back. In addition, the owner became defensive and tried to blackball the partnership agreement. This was the biggest investment regret ever! Stay clear and follow your intuition.
