I was referred by a friend to the NACA home buying process in April. Attended a workshop shortly after. I'm still in the process of qualifying and hope all goes well. I will say if you plan on going through the NACA PROGRAM please have all documents before hand. I wish they let you know prior to a workshop all of the documents that you would need because it is a tedious process. read more

I am currently in the process of getting qualified with NACA and it is a lot of work but my counselor Ryan Goree is super nice and helpful and they definitely have helped me understand the home buying process way more in-depth and I will be getting one of the best mortgage rates out there! I'll update when I am farther along in the process! The one thing that really needs fixing is the "budget" portion of their online platform. It is slow, difficult to work with, and not always accurate. That being said I have never been more involved in my own finances and understood where my money was going better so it helped in the end. read more
