They call for pickup for minor infractions and you can tell that they are doing everything they can to push my kid out of the school bc they don't like him. They paint him out to be a terrible person even tho he's just 3. They do not properly staff the location so teachers are overwhelmed. They don't care about ur kids just ur money so don't give them any of it. Worst experience ever and I'm shocked these people r actually running a daycare. It's a transactional experience.

Following the change in ownership from the original proprietor, it is evident that the condition of this establishment has taken a downturn under the leadership of Tiffany Reason. During the time when Melissa held ownership and managed the place with integrity and empathy, our experiences were positive and commendable. Unfortunately, the transition to new ownership, with Tiffany Reason assuming the role of director, has resulted in a notable decline in the overall quality of the establishment. The recruitment of teaching staff has been a particularly disappointing aspect. It is clear that the current staff lacks the necessary qualifications for their positions. Recollections of our child's initial days at the facility stand out, as it appeared that the staff expected our 18-month-old to comply with instructions beyond his developmental stage. One distressing incident involved a teacher using forceful tactics to confine our child to a chair. This unsettling experience was repeated on a daily basis during our time there. Regrettably, both Tiffany and Kelly are lacking in the essential attributes required to effectively manage a childcare enterprise. This is evident from their conduct, including the unauthorized use of personal belongings for their personal gain, without seeking prior consent. Despite their assurances to reimburse us for the damages incurred, we have yet to receive any compensation. Our tenure at this establishment was short-lived, spanning only 4-5 weeks, during which the decision to depart from this environment proved to be a wise one. We have been fortunate to find an alternative school where our son is thriving under the guidance of dedicated educators. Since our departure, we have been approached by numerous friends seeking recommendations for childcare options. Regrettably, we have been compelled to share our unfavorable experience and advise them to steer clear of this establishment. Our child's well-being is of paramount importance, and it is our sincere hope that others can learn from our unfortunate encounter. It brings us immense satisfaction to report that our son is excelling in his new school, and we hold his teachers in high regard. In light of our journey, we strongly advise parents who prioritize their child's welfare to carefully consider alternatives and exercise caution when contemplating enrollment at this establishment. I personally would give them negative stars but unfortunately google does not allow us to do so.

Me and my husband are first time parent so we were very nervous. We absolutely love the staff in Rooms 100 and 150, as well as all of the wonderful front desk staff. Everyone has always been so kind, caring, and welcoming to our family. We are so sad that we are moving and have to leave, but this school will always hold such a special place in our hearts. I especially love the Watch Me Grow cameras and the updates throughout the day it always gave me peace of mind knowing I could check in on her and see how she was doing. It's clear that the teachers and staff genuinely care about my daughter, and that means so much to us. I'm so grateful we chose this school as her first daycare and will always look back on our time here with so much appreciation. We highly recommend this school to any family looking for a loving, nurturing, and trustworthy place for their child! Special shoutout to Miss Arlet & Ms Erika! The Luces

First off the teachers here are all extremely lazy, and they get treated so bad here which is probably why nobody cares about doing their job. The management sucks and Berkeley treats her workers like sh** The two year old classroom has had 8 teachers within the past 10 months. That speaks volumes in itself. All never lasting more than a few weeks to a couple months. My 2 year old was also constantly getting rashes due to them not changing my child. Be aware that teachers will talk so bad about other kids in front of you to the other teachers and to certain parents. There's also a teacher there that has pulled on multiple kids and the management couldn't care less. They even let her laugh about it. Since starting here my 4 year old has gotten so behind academically wise. But as far as his teachers they were far more helpful than the 2/3 year old classroom. My son loved Mr. Tyree. I could say wayyy more negative things about this daycare but I'll leave it at this. Without having made bonds with Mrs.T, Mrs.Nicole or Mr.Tyree I most definitely would have left a long time ago. l've been at a new center for only ONE month, and I have noticed a significant change in my children. I'm so glad i finally decided to leave this horrible place that they call a daycare.

When a parent comes to pick up their child, it should be a feeling of comfort and since the change, I don't feel that at all. Ashley made no effort to get to know me or my children. TLE Our daughter…read moreattended TLE since an infant, this year was the worst experience we've ever had. This will be a long review, but worth the read if you're interested in your child attending TLE. The toddler classroom is the most unorganized, overpopulated classroom we've encountered in TLE. It started with minor occurrences of scratches, one which left a permanent scar on the top of her nose. A lot deeper than what you'd expect from a toddler. There was also an occurrence where they sent a daily pick of her during nap time and her blanket was covering her face which could result in difficulty breathing. On April 2, 2024, we noticed our daughter had a bite mark on the side of her chin. Full print of a toddlers mouth. When we questioned the staff we were told they were unaware & there was no invent report. On April 4, 2024 we noticed yet another bite once we got home. This time on her left arm and much deeper leaving a bruise on her skin. we called TLE and was informed they were aware yet we were not informed during the day or at pickup and we had to REQUEST an incident form. It was not provided. On April 11,2024 as I was walking into the classroom for pickup, our daughter is crying. I asked the teacher what was wrong and she informed me that she had been bit YET AGAIN. Another deep purple bite mark on the same left arm. At that point since the director, Kristin, is never present in office We proceeded to send a detailed email including pictures of bite marks to make sure she was aware of what was happening while she was absent from the clinic. It was clear that the staff she left in charge had no authorization to move forward with dismissals or proper policy for biters in the classroom. At that point we had been told that it was the same child for each occurrence. All they could do was falsely reassure us that this would not happen again. & no surprise there were 4 more occurrences to come. The following week I was able to catch Kristin in the facility and asked her if she had seen our email. I gave her an opportunity to get caught up on the situation and she agreed. She apologized and stated we were top priority. We never received a response from the email, she never reached out. I then sent a 2nd email, 2 weeks after the first, to state that we were disappointed in the lack of response from her. I recieved a response from staff but not from the director Kristin. During that time I spoke with the co director staying that "biting" is typical toddler behavior. Undermining the fact that this was the 3rd occurrence in 2 weeks and that their staff was not following proper protocol for incident reports, along with the negligence of supervision in the classroom. No one was accepting responsibility or being held accountable. On May 29,2024, we received the last call that Amari had been bitten for the 7th time, through her shirt ON HER CHEST. Same situation with no empathy from the director. We were then told that the other child was in the process of being dismissed and received the most empty apology from the director, Kristin, after I reached out directly to her cell. At the point we had availability to transfer her to another daycare center and unenroll from TLE. This has been the most traumatizing experience for our child and family with a revolving door of teachers in the classroom. There was no stability in the classroom. It got to the point where our daughter was able to tell us the name of child that was biting her. We were given empty promises that the situation would be rectified and it never was. In the week leading up to our daughter's last day we were still not approached by the director. I would NEVER recommend TLE to any other parent/family.

Please don't do it! Lacks nurture and true care for students. The teachers are constantly changing.read more

I have transitioned my children between 4 of the corporation's schools over the course of 8 years as my career has changed and moved me about the southern part of the DFW metroplex because I love the values of the corporation and feel extremely comfortable with the company as a whole. The Christian values and faith based curriculum is very important to us. My children have loved all of their teachers and look forward to seeing them and I know my children are not the only ones who feel that way, judging by the interactions I witness at drop off and pick up. Greatly recommend parents to look into having their child attend this school. **Additional Review: I wanted to write a review on the Everley Rose Center which is the infant building for this school, but i couldn't find it in the search. The way this place presents itself to families is very different from the experience I ultimately had. You will hear all the right things about safety, standards, communication, and having children first. The price was reasonable, and it felt like a blessing to find them, but it was a nightmare. I quickly became concerned about leadership, supervision, communication, and overall accountability. Communication was another major problem. When the facility needed something from me, they could contact me like it was the end of the world. However, when I needed someone at the school, getting a response was always very difficult. That is not acceptable when you are talking about someone's child. I tried to be reasonable. I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. I tried to believe that my concerns would be addressed and that they meant what they said. I should have trusted my instincts. Because when I finally saw enough for myself to understand what was really happening, I was sick of it. If something feels wrong, don't convince yourself that you're being overly cautious. You aren't. Your child cannot advocate for themselves the way you can. You trust these people with something that is infinitely more important than your money, your schedule, or your convenience.
