If I could give this office 0 stars, I would…read more Every time I had an appointment, the office was running behind. It was common to sit in the exam room for 15-20 minutes before the provider came in. My first physician, Dr. Guzman, was wonderful, but she left the practice. I was then assigned to Dr. Pinkos, who I also liked. Unfortunately, she left as well, and no one informed me. I only found out when my pharmacy requested a refill for my prescription and it was denied. I completely understand that an appointment is required before refilling certain medications. My issue is that no one notified me in advance that my provider had left or that I needed to schedule an appointment. By the time I called, the earliest available appointment was a week away, and I was almost out of my medication. The medication I take for anxiety and depression should not be stopped abruptly because it can cause withdrawal symptoms. I asked if I could receive a small refill to get me through until my appointment, but I was initially told it was against office policy. When I explained my concerns about withdrawal symptoms, I was told to go to an urgent care. Later that same day, the office was miraculously able to schedule me for a telehealth appointment that evening. However, during the telehealth visit, Dr. Maria Braun spent much of the conversation arguing with me and repeatedly placing the blame on me for the situation, despite the fact that I had never been notified that my provider had left the practice or that I needed to schedule a follow-up appointment. I left the conversation feeling unheard and blamed rather than helped. In addition to that experience, I found the office to be unprofessional overall. Maria, the Director of Office Operations, was not professional in my interactions with her. The staff also routinely called patients back by simply saying, "Come back," instead of using patients' names or verifying their name and date of birth, which is a basic patient safety practice. Phone calls were also handled unprofessionally, as staff often failed to introduce themselves. Overall, my experiences with this office have been frustrating due to poor communication, long wait times, and a lack of professionalism. I would not recommend this practice.

We went to the Urgent Care on Friday and they did strength test on my son and x-rayed my daughter's wrist. We were then referred to an orthopedic. OAR were the only ones that could help us on Monday because they accept walk-ins. It was a $75 copay for each child with my insurance. They helped my daughter, however, my son, they barely even looked at his hand and told me there was nothing they could do. The only thing they could do was refer me to physical therapy. My son was upset because he can barely hold a pencil. If they didn't think they could help him then why did they take the $75 for doing nothing? He sat in the chair & that's it! It would have been way different if they said. "We really can't do anything to help you" and then didn't take any money because no service was rendered. Just wanted to make everyone aware before you visit that you may end up paying for nothing.
