We recently had our annual home inspection done by Chris Moore of Nader's Pest Raiders. To say that Chris is knowledgeable, professional, and very customer-first would be an understatement. He is super friendly and has an aura that says a) that he loves his job and b) that he is genuinely interested in his customers. He took as much time as necessary to thoroughly inspect the house. I've been a loyal customer of Naders Pest Raiders in Ponte Vedra for more than 16 years and have used multiple services over the years including tree service, ornamental service, lawn service, termite service, and pest control. Unfortunately, my recent experience with their billing and customer service has been very disappointing. Over time I began receiving multiple invoices for the same service--sometimes up to three invoices issued days or months apart for the exact same charge. Because of this confusing billing practice, I later discovered that I had accidentally paid several invoices twice over the past year. I contacted their account specialist, Sandi, and provided documentation showing the duplicate payments. I requested a refund since these overpayments were never identified or credited on any invoice or statement. I was told that the payments had been "absorbed," but no documentation or explanation was ever provided to show how those payments were applied. After requesting this information three separate times without receiving any proof or clarification, I decided to cancel my tree service and ornamental service. I was also told that a manager would contact me to discuss the issue, but no one ever followed up. After more than 16 years of loyalty and using several of their services, the lack of transparency, accountability, and follow-up has been a major disappointment--especially from a family-owned business that I trusted for so many years. After 2+ years of complaints about how ineffective their treatment was, and being told these things take time, it's Florida, yaddayaddayadda, I replaced them with BUG OUT which resolved the issue in one visit by methodically applying the RIGHT chemicals in the RIGHT spots. Both in terms of quality and value, Nader's was just terrible. Not sure how they stay in business. read more

trying to get someone to answer the phone is a real pain. Getting proper response is even worse. They are a true pain in the rear end. I called about my lawn looking horrible condition and they want to charge me more money for whatever they think they are going to do. They are a bit sketchy to say the least about communication. Naders Pest Raders we used for Maybe a year. The young man that regularly did the lawn was great. When another person filled in for him, he killed an incredible 7 year old lime tree in the backyard, a 4 year old Peach tree on the side/front yard and a 6 year old avocado tree in the front yard...ALL died at the same time. When we got management involved, it all went down hill fast. One manager comes out, thinks we over watered them but will get another manager out. Couple of weeks, no manager, so we call and then the other manager comes out and does not see how they could have caused it. So UF Commercial Horticulture is hired and they find "that herbicides applied included the active ingredients metsulfuron methyl and 2, 4-D. Both of which have the potential to harm trees." I never get a call from Naders. In fact, Naders has NEVER initiated the call. I have always had to track them down. Last person I spoke to was Jeremy and he tells me that, while yes, they used something that could harm the trees and yes, all of the trees died at the exact same time, in different parts of the yard because we did not plant them correctly and did not water them correctly. Sadly, all they had to do was apologize and leant from it but they could not admit they were at fault ...or even possibly at faulty and it is soooo obvious they killed our trees. read more

My Aunt used this service. She died a year ago. We have sold the house and closed the estate but keep getting bills for continuing service. I have emailed and written by USPS to stop billing us for a house that someone else now owns! How do I make this stop? I advise you to run away from this company as fast as you can! read more

I have been having on-going bug activity in my house and contracted Nader's Pest Control because they were highly recommended by some of my co-workers. I contact them and they came to my house and sprayed 2x. Unfortunately, the bug activity continued with most of them dead and some alive. I'm terrified of big insects so it has been an uphill battle. I'm a first time homeowner and don't know all the do's and don'ts know much about what to do to keep insects out. I'm also a very clean person. Thankfully I contact Pest Nader's and told them my concerns regarding my very active bug activity after they sprayed 2x and the manager and my peat control specialist immediately came to my house at the scheduled time and met with me and my parents. They stayed in my house from 1:00-2:30 spraying my entire house indoor and outdoor around the perimeter. Went through every room in my house, crevice, window sill, drawers and cabinets. They looked for open cracks and sprayed/ closed them. They also helped go through my garage and we managed to locate the nest with all the hatched eggs along with the hatchlings. Discarding all the items as well as sprayed every corner of my garage to prevent them from entering as well as placed some sand like substance along with a killing agent around my house perimeter to prevent them from getting in. My parents and I were so grateful and happy with their services. Thank you. Praise given for a job well done. I hope I won't have any more little visitors. Being a homeowner is tough. Not many are willing to admit something like this is happening to them. We're in Florida and bug activity like this is common, especially when living right next to a like. Trust in Pest Naders. They truly care and help every way possible to make you feel safe in your home from little critters. read more

Naders service from the guy in the ground is acceptable. The accounting and dealing with their customer service is just a complete failure. Understood that this company was sold. Maybe this is the issue because I can't live with jt like it is. read more

I have a terrible experience with this company. The salesman came to my business and threatening to close down my business if we don't use their service. I don't know how good and affordable their service but as a new small business owner, customer service is our number one focus. This threatening behavior is unacceptable in my opinion. Unethical business practices. I was sent past due notices for services I never requested that were intended for the previous homeowner. They changed these notices to my name and demanded I pay them. I would have most likely used their services had they been willing to have a conversation with me. Instead, they showed up to rip the bait system out of the ground leaving holes around my property after I spoke to them and asked the technician to contact the office so we could get to the bottom of the problem. I asked the technician not to remove anything from my property without me being there. Still, after I left, my cameras (which recorded the conversation) documented them doing the exact opposite. read more

They inspected a house I am selling at 2817 Lydia Street, and the WDO report was a comical exercise in attempted upselling rather than taking the job seriously. Basically "Well technically there are no termites or wdo's but we recommend..." treating the outdoor crawlspace for mold/fungus. They want $$$ to clean mold out of an outdoor crawlspace in Florida? No! Every crawlspace in this region will have some mold in it, because it's ground level and outdoors. That's possibly the single dumbest thing I've heard in 2 decades of doing this. What's next get rid of the dirt in there? Buyers are now panicked and I told the broker I'm fine tanking the deal over it. I'm not fine, however, with this company's ethics. read more

My grandfather has been a long time customer of this company. During this lil pandemic we are going though, I have had to stay with him and take care of him. Now, I couldn't say why, but somehow he let this particular bill slip passed him (even before the Pandemic) and never told me a thing about it. Yet, they continued to take care of my grandfather for several months without ever being able to get ahold of him. When I discovered this, I called immediately and instead of any attitude whatsoever, I was met with Judy, the nicest woman you could ever hope to talk to. (especially in this case) She was so friendly and helpful and I was able to get him all caught up on payment. OH! And they are great for getting rid of all those Florida bugs we know and love. I've seen a lot of watered down spray companies talk a good game. My sales Rep. Gary N. Is proactive and honest. Naders Techs are solid and we've most recently added the back yard and inside of home protection because the front looks so good. I refer them often. I've used Naders since 2004 when I purchased my home. Every service they offer they are hands down THE best. Technicians are professional and know what they're doing. Helpful and conscientious. One star only because you have to choose one. Had all their services. My grass went from lush green to dying and full of weeds. pest control lucky if you could get a call back. Last straw was when called multiple times due to insects and no one would return our calls. we canceled even when canceling they didn't care. Just watched a driver do a u turn right through my neighbors yard. Truck 2687 I believe as tore out so fast couldn't get a good read on truck number. So if will do that do u want this guy working in or around your home? Stay away from naiders! read more
