I'm used to going to doctors who seem to have fallen into a daily grind of "processing" their patients through their machine of an office. But Dr. Ottavio really seems to enjoy what he's doing, and it definitely comes through in the quality of treatment. His assistant, Tina is also very friendly and has an amazing bedside manner as well. I never feel rushed which I appreciate. He takes time to listen to you and does his best to provide the best treatment possible. He's also not one of those doctors who books 5 people for the same time slot, leaving you waiting forever. I've never had to wait long at all to be seen. I used to drive an hour to the Pt. Jeff office, but am very happy that he now has a location in Happaugue as well which is much closer.
