I received a follow up call within seconds of hitting the "submit" button. The agent asked a lot of prequalifying questions (which is creepy now that I know that they are scammers, but seemed OK to provide info at that time). Then the agent patched me through to a realtor. That realtor said that the apartment I am looking at is now double the price on the website. But she would be happy to help me out with other units in my price range. I told her I don't do business with scammers and hung up. Then she followed up with a text message. I replied that I was reporting her to the realtors association and blocked her number. Don't do business with scammers. This bait and switch scam is common in Miami. BUYER BEWARE.

Abe knows every patch of land in Brickell, Edgewater, Downtown, and other parts of Miami. Instead, he spent multiple days with us non-stop, with some days where we even skipped meal breaks and walked around until our legs hurt.
