When I got out she never even bothered to ask if I was ok she just walked away! On top of that there is trash all over the stairways and one of the alarms goes off intermittently and no one from the management office seems to care. I feel sorry for the elderly and disabled people who come in here when the elevators are down. The offices and businesses in that building are getting ripped off by this uncaring and incompetent property management company!

I moved out under protest and they charged me $2000 for repairs that needed to be done by them anyway. They filed an eviction on me after I moved out, because I refused to pay their casual extortion. I had to fight it in court years later, because they did not forward the mail. They taped it to the front door. No texts. No phone calls. No emails. Set up multi-year tenants to take the fall for their lack of repairs. Avoid most low-income Property Management Groups, if you can. They swindle people who cant afford to fight back.

We now have over 20 residential units, about 10 garages and a commercial unit under management with Phil. With property management it all comes down to trust. You need someone who will take care of your investments - after all your properties could have cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. Phil can be trusted to do all the necessary due diligence to place great tenants, and also to keep up with all required maintenance. He has some connections with some great handymen who do good work but are very reasonably priced. Phil continues to help us get deals as buyers, and has helped us sell properties as well. Bottom line, he's been a great partner in our business and saves us a ton of time and headache. Property management is well worth the cost when you use someone like Phil.
