AND THEN $800 for what the call a broker's FEE. What is the 3% for. You don't think the brokers is getting a big part of that? And then you agree to using a Co. that they are associated with to handle the closing. You don't think for a second, they aren't getting part of that do you. LOL. The buyer's agent was also from them. At closing they charged them all the same fees as I paid. What a scam. But I signed with them. The worst part was after the deal closed I had to call and ask where my money way. Deal closed on a Fri. I called on Mon. The fucks answer was, oh, we forgot to send it. You can bet your ass they got their money on Fri. I will never use them again.

My supposedly ADA home has no ADA built counters, cabinets, wide doorways, and only 1 bathroom is ADA. MY HOME HAS NO, AS IN ZERO, EXTERIOR INSULATION. Not one exterior door is flush or closes completely. Team Pete took my $67,000.00 VA grant to assist in building our ADA home. Huge exterior ramps we're installed trading up 2/3rds of both front and rear yards. The VA supplies electric lifts. I recently discovered the zero insulation when we had new doors installed and a new window in our otherwise 1 small window livingroom. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY OR ANY OF THEIR BUILDERS. Realtor with initials R.J. who we contacted to ask to show us houses was quite a guy. Liked to talk but did little to back it up. We ended up finding the house we wanted online and ended up buying it through him, but no thanks to him. First, unaware that it was regular practice in PA to sign a exclusive buyer agreement in order to just look at houses with a realtor, RJ cornered us after we told him we had an appointment with another woman later that day. We felt forced to sign with him, and unfortunately, we did. Second, RJ never really listened to what type of home we were interested in. He saw out of towners and a quick couple thousand. We were shown maybe 10 homes and none of them were close to what we wanted. When we inquired whether it was possible to find something in our range, he said no you will never find it. Went back to NY and kept searching online, found our home called him and he set up a showing. Still dunno what we paid him for. We asked him to recommend some neighborhoods other then the crappy areas he showed us. His response- I can't tell you what areas are good or bad, i'm not allowed to say. On various stops to homes that we viewed, he commented how he may be interested in buying them himself to rent it out or flip it and make a profit. Great guy. To top it all off, he asked us to drive our car around town while he showed us houses. Guess he didn't want to put miles on his car. That same day, in the middle of showing us homes using our car, he asks if we can drop him off at another client's house cause of some problem. The guy had some nerve. Closing day. Stays for 20 minutes and bolts for some "obligation." I dread another realtor experience because of this man.

My house was being foreclosed. I knew nothing about teh "Short Sale" process. Larry Massey came into my home and assured me again and agin that it would sell. he even told me that he already had an investor interested in it. He himslef had yet to even step foot into the house. In fact I dont know if anyone ever went in there. Then he passed the ball to some other guy with their affiliate company Harmony Reality. And that guy was ever worse! The lack of communication these people have is the worst I have ever dealt with. My home went to sheriffs sale last month and no one even told me if it was sold or stopped or what. I had to get ahold of the guy and find out. worthless.
