However we then had a problem with our radon mitigation system and called to speak with the owner. They took our name and number but the owner never called us back. We contacted another radon mitigation company and they came out and inspected the system. They found that Radon Pros had installed a USED fan. It was weathered like it had been outside for an extended period of time. The manufacturing date showed that it was actually over 18 months old when it was installed in our attic! Obviously the fan couldn't have become weathered sitting in our attic. Don't use Radon Pros. I recommend using Jerry's Water Proofing if you need radon mitigation done by a reputable company that provides quality customer service that values their customers and treats them with respect.
