I'm a regular here and got my toes done on May 13th. I had someone I'd never had before, and I didn't catch her name. I'm a bit upset because she was too rough while removing the dead skin. She repeatedly went over my toes, and now I have cuts underneath them. I kept pulling my feet away, but she didn't ask if I was okay. Of course, I was too nervous to say anything. Overall, it's still a great place and my go-to salon. I just hope she's not too rough on the next person. read more

Let's start with all of the employees were pleasant. I got a botched $90 acrylic pedicure. It was split between my $60 pedicure then I was charged $40 for a full set. On my toes. That already had acrylic on them. After politely asking him to correct three separate toes because they were so uneven, I gave up and decided I'd shape them at home. if I could give this place 0 stars, I would. I have never been treated this way by a nail tech in my whole 28 years of living. This was my second time going to this salon to give it a try since I'm moving in the area. My first experience was fine; but my second experience with a different nail tech named HARRISON was horrendous. I scheduled the appointment with him because he was recommended from his girlfriend on Instagram who was on vacation, at first when I arrived to the appointment it started off great, he came off as friendly but shortly after his whole attitude changed and I was treated like complete GARBAGE. He got offended that I told him he put my right middle finger tip on crooked. I said it nicely because it was a concern. He said "I'll put acrylic on it and it'll look better after" granted I KNEW it wasn't going to. But I proceeded to let him do what he did. It was still crooked afterwards so he decided to soak it off and reapply a new tip and acrylic, After I saw them once again I had noticed it was still crooked but worse than the first time and I said "it's still crooked unfortunately can we do something about this please" he said "what do you mean?? They look fine this is the way your finger goes!!!" I told him I apologized and was sorry but no other nail tech has did that finger like that before and asked him if he could file it more on one side so it could look more even on my end but HE REFUSED. I was very kind in this situation but it should be what I want since I'm being charged a lot for my nails. He then proceed to gaslight and manipulate me by saying "you know sierra, giving the services I provide I know I'm a great nail tech and give exceptional work but I don't think I'm going to be able to fix this at this moment and I am going to discontinue this service and you'll have to go figure it out on your own cause I'm not making you happy and you don't like it and you're constantly looking at your nails. Also I'm booked and I have clients waiting because I redid your nail two times and I just don't think we should continue because I have other people waiting and do not have time" I was BAFFLED by the words I heard come out of his mouth. Never offered me another tech in the shop, he completely disrespected me. Also I look at my nails during a nail appointment I didn't think it was uncommon I wasn't doing anything but that and staying quiet. Also not my problem he overbooked??? An hour to do full acrylic set with design on each nail is a very short time and usually takes longer. I told him he needed to finish my nails that I was going on vacation Thursday and had no one else to do them and I was sorry he was offended but it should be what the customer wants when it comes to how the nails come out. Not to be treated like utter crap and made out to be a bad client when you're just expressing a concern in a nice way. He then told me he'd finish the nails but wasn't sure about it and was spewing rude stuff out of his mouth. I started crying hard and not once did I get an apology and NO ONE in that salon asked me if I was okay. In the end I was charged $105 for "long acrylic design nails" the nails were medium, and I still tipped him 18%. Towards the end of the appt he kept asking me if I liked them and I said yes because I just wanted to get out of there! The design is pretty do not get me wrong but my experience was a disaster and I left with my nail crooked and I was disappointed. He claims to say "you should have trusted me in the beginning" First of all if I'm going to a new nail tech trust needs to be established and I need to be treated right. He also ended up blocking me on Instagram which I thought was extremely unprofessional. I hope no one goes and gets their nails done by HARRISON because if you have one small ounce of concern, it'll hurt his ego and he'll treat you like garbage and wanna send you out the door. please do not go to this place. evan does a terrible job with his clients. he is lazy and wants to always rush the process. i asked for a coffin shape and he did not want to do them on my nails bc he was in a rush. i asked for a 3d flower and i left the salon with my gel manicure looking as if my 7 year old daughter did them. all sloppy and disformed. my daughter even said they look like 2 sad lines. nothing like a flower. how embarrassing. i asked if someone else does 3d flower nail art and he said no. evan absolutely does not know how to do 3d nail flower art. i told him i did not like the 3d flower he did and he told me it was too late and slammed his nail brushes and tools in my daughters face. for tip i left him 1 penny bc that was what he earned. please do not go to evan he will leave your nails looking like trash. i have absolutely no problem telling everybody else about this sloppy service. read more

Sadly, I had to place a 1 star for Nail Boutique and Spa as Google review doesn't have the option for a "0" star. I had the most uncomfortable horrific experience today at Nail Boutique and Spa. The technician who did my pedicure did a decent job on my pedicure but I noticed the nail technician next to me was doing a substantial job on gel polish on the toes. I stated to the male technician who did my pedicure " you did a good job but I like how she did the other clients gel polish you mind if she continues to complete the gel polish on my toes. Stunned by his actions and response the technician said aggressively " No, I'm doing it sit down" I thought I was hearing things- as this has never happened to me before. "I repeated, I would like for her to continue with my pedicure" The technician again, aggressively rude push my foot down to sit down I advised the technician " please don't touch me like that" That's when the new technician came over to complete the job. The rude technician lashed out a the new technician who took over my gel polish service causing her to now to do a rush job on my gel polish since she felt she was placed in an uncomfortable situation due to him lashing out at her. I continued to let her complete the task of doing my gel polish but it was a rushed incomplete service that I paid for but highly unsatisfied. But, will dispute. I'm more so shocked at such aggressive behavior shown and the lack of respect. I have filed a police report based on the aggressive treatment from the nail technician and will never return here again. read more

So i asked for thinnnnnn short square nails. Baby i been trying to do my nails at home, gel xtend, polygel, builder gel. Sooooo, First off there was no prepping of my actual nail. What so ever. Then I asked for thin nails and got thicker nails then when i do my own builder gel. I had to point out that there was acrylic blobs like underneath my nail and that one of my nails were crooked. I got basic basic short short thickkkkkkk square acr. And my toes i got a pedicure. Wen i called i was told my pedicure would be no more than 45 dollars with matching gel nail polish. Lie. Will never return Evan needs to work on his customer service skills. I send him a picture of what I wanted done three weeks in advance. As he was doing my nails I told him I didn't really like how they were coming along. He responded by saying he liked them and ignored what I said. I paid $80 for nails that were not worth the money. The outcome of the pedicure itself was ok but the experience was a downer. I had to ask the technician to do things that should have been done. For instance, I paid extra for the Lavender experience with two towels (basic only comes with one towel?) Anyway, she did not wrap my feet, only ankles to knee cap. I asked her to wrap my feet and was told it didn't matter. She removed the towel and just draped it over my feet and calves. So I reached down and had to wrap them myself. Pissy attitude. I had the worst experience here. I got a pedicure the technician was horrible; she left nail polish on my skin, and cut my foot with the grater. She was very unprofessional, she did not take her time rushed through the process. When she was done she got up and said sit for 10 mins in the chair ? When I arrived was told she was running 1/2 hour late, asked if I wanted to reschedule or have someone else do my mani/pedi . Wished they had called me, and when I expressed this my technician told me she usually doen't do regular Mani/ pedi's. So confused as I had been coming there for months. My nails came out great super however my pedicure was not all that great. I spent $100 and the shape was supposed to be coffin and came out more square tips than coffin and my nail polish on toes you can see the clear coat all dried up around toes and some type of particles in the white polish. First time here last time here. The girl who did my nails was on her phone majority of the time. Didn't put a base coat, and rushed me like she had people lined up. I called before hand as well and they said they weren't busy.. also got a pedicure done.. the lady who did my toes handed me a menu and chose the classic one which is 30$. She was a little bit rough as well and took too much time to do my feet. When I clearly said just want it simple nothing extra. Comes to the end to pay and it shows up as 93$.. 45$ for refill+ 30$ for pedicure and they charged 18$ for gel polish only on my toes... never in my life of the nail salons I've gone too have charged for gel for just the toes. Pedicure was less than stellar for $35, nail polish lasted about 2 weeks. Let's move on to the nails. When I arrived I told them that I wanted a soak off but the guy took a look at my nails and said they should pop right off. So since they're the experts I said ok save me $10 on a soak off and let's do the pedi first! Once pedicure is done I go to the lady sitting at the first table. Once she realized the nails need to be soaked off she get a attitude that she has to do that. Then she moves on to tell me she can't do an acrylic pink and white only SNS (dip powder). I told her NO I WANT ACRYLIC can you do that? She then goes round and round explaining how dip is better for your nails and so on. I advised her that I would not be getting the dip and what services I asked for upon arrival that they agreed to do it. But once I seen how nasty her little disposition was I told her that was ok. So I wanted a new nail salon , The last several months I have not been happy with the nail salon I've been going to but I stuck it out because I hate starting over at a new place. Well about a month ago I decided to try this place and I was sooooo happy that today was my second time there and the work was just as phenomenal as the first time. A young man by the name of Hudson did my nails the first time I was there and then again today he's a young person but his work is phenomenal. His work was better than any years experienced nail tech that I've ever been to he did exactly what I wanted and he did nail art that was awesome and my nails look amazing the first time I went which was a few weeks ago my nails held up so very well not a chip not a break not a lift I also might add that Lisa did my pedicure and that held up as well no chipping polish and the pedicure was awesome. Very disappointed! After reading good reviews, I made an appt. to get a mani/pedi. Mani was good, but pedicure never happened. I was placed in a pedi chair and ignored for about 20 mins. after observing other customers receive services that arrived after me, including walk-ins. I paid for my mani and decided to leave, there are many other nail salons who would appreciate their customers. Although the salon was busy, being ignored service is inexcusable and unprofessional. I'm only giving 2 stars because the nail technician Son was polite and did a good job with my mani. I have a lot of family in the area, I will not recommend nor will I return.
