So, I've been going here almost a year after a BAD experience at "elite nails" (left a review there too)... Before today, I was very happy with the salon except slightly upset twice-one time the tech (I'm always sat at "whoever's turn it is"'), so it may be someone who has or has not done my nails before. I do acrylic/acrylic fill in. One time (didn't realize until looking back), the tech did not put the nail glue around the kind of exposed area where new growth was & just before they add the fill in, so the next time, some fungus was discovered. That tech decided to remove everything & put a new set on without stating it would be an ADDITIONAL $15, which really, I shouldn't have had to pay due to that missed step by the previous visit (same salon). Well today the tech was rude by saying don't hold your hand that way, it doesn't help me, and rearranging my hand a couple times, so ok I relaxed a bit, we were not vibing in a good way, hardly any conversation, but I did mention to her I only go to that salon.. I will say she did a good job though-it was the attitude and check out proce$$. But the kicker was time to pay-whenever I need the nails shortened, they add another $5, which is easy money because it takes like an extra MINUTE. My nails aren't very long & were shortened last time so I didn't need it. So I was shocked it was $40 I said no $35, she said she charges $5 more because they were longer-I said no..that is a first so do they make it up as they go along? I paid by card & chose no tip & she asked "leave a tip"? three times as I was in my wallet fishing out some $1 bills. Yeah I left a tip-HALF of what I was leaving despite the slight rudeness because she clearly overcharged $5. Interestingly, the bad experiences were all female. And ironic now they've lost a customer **who was also a good tipper**who just stated during this visit this is the only nail salon they go to...unreal. p.s. It is rude to speak amongst themselves in their native language-we have no idea what they could be saying (talking bad about customers, for all we know and I suspect it happens). This was by far the worst experience I've EVER had at a nail salon. Currently new to the area and needed my nails done. Had a 4:00PM appointment and wasn't in a seat until little after 4:45PM. Once seated I was left unattended and had to ask for someone to soak my nails off while sitting; since I knew that would be a waiting process as well. At one point the lady who sits at the first chair attempted to tell me, I had on gel nails. I continued to tell her these are my nails and I wanted SNS. That ordeal was in itself ridiculous. Then they proceeded to take my nails off with their machines, even though I asked to have them soaked, due to my nails being thin and brittle. They barely soaked at all, since she kept taking my hand out to use the machine and get the old SNS off. When everything was off my nails, I told her how I wanted them and as she got to dipping them I requested for them to be done a little thicker due to my nails being thin and brittle. She seemed annoyed by me asking her this question and even proceeded to tell me "just stop talking." I find that to be extremely rude and poor business practice towards customers! Overall, the entire process seemed rushed. Once done and home, my nails underneath have broken and whenever it is time to redo them, I know they will not last. I had to file my nails when I got home and place nail glue underneath to save my nails from breaking. It's upsetting because I've wasted both my money and time at this establishment! It is frustrating for them to be this rude and rough with our hands and nails. To know I'm not being heard as well is not okay; especially when we are paying our hard earned money. I did not tip due to this poor experience and my nails not being up to par. I would not recommend going to this establishment unless you would like a poor interaction and wasting your money! P.S. Visually the nails are not bad; but some nails are uneven. However, it's the care of my nails underneath that matter! My natural nails are broken and destroyed underneath, due to the harsh filing she did. I'm going to be forced to cut them next time and it's all because of a rushed job and lack of professionalism. read more

My wait wasn't very long, the staff seemed friendly enough and the price was fair. But... I knew immediately that this wasn't going to end well, I had residue on my nails from filing when the nail tech started painting the first coat of gel. He attempted to file it off after the first cure, when it didn't help he just painted over it again. I had paint all over my hands and finger tips he did not seem to notice or care. It's not the absolute worst manicure but the fact that he did not care about how my nails looked, or care that I was peeling paint off of my finger tips in front of him will prevent me from ever going back. This is not the place to go if you're looking to relax or just have some good quality work done. They rush through any services they provide. I walked in for a pedicure and wasn't offered to choose "spa" or anything. I asked to go choose my color and she stated she will bring it to me. It was the gel color to choose from, which is fine because she stated they have it in regular polish. Well, I told her I wanted the pink and she ended up doing them orange. I came here because of recommendations...sadly I was not happy. I simply asked for an acrylic overlay in a color similar to what I came in with (which was a baby pink) and I got clear nails that had a hint of pink in it. I can see bubbles all in my nails. I made the comment that I didn't want clear and was ignored. she was speeding through the entire process and I have acrylic all over my fingers. read more

DON'T GO HERE the customer service was awful the lady who was giving me a manicure seemed grumpy and rushed, she went so fast that she cut my finger with her file. The nail job was awful she got nail polish all on my cuticle...a two year old could have done a better job. Please Please do not go here! My normal nail shop Vo5 was unable to get me due to schedule appointments, so i went here to Nail Dynasty. Never again will i ever spend one dime in this place. My pedicure took 15 min. Im talking from the time i walked in to the time i walked out, it was only 15 mins!!!!! He rushed the process and even cut my foot because he was watching tv. I promise yall my feet look like they never got done. When i complain i was told they was smooth. I let another customer see my feet and she agreed with me they was not done! I was told that i needed to come back every two weeks. When i explained to them that i go every two weeks, i was told that more money will fix the problem! Really???????? WAIST OF MONEY! I WILL NEVER NEVER STEP FOOT BACK IN THIS PLACE! OMG LESSON LEARNED! I will stick to Vo5! read more

If I could leave NO stars. I would. I have NEVER been more disappointed in having my nails done! The lady doing my pedicure asked if I wanted my eyebrows waxed as well and I said "yea I will if I have time." BIG MISTAKE. They rushed through the process in order to make a couple dollars more on me getting my eyebrows done (which didn't happens and thank goodness bc Im mortified just imagining what my eyebrows would have looked like with the crap I got gor my nails).I was in both of my chairs for 40 minutes total. I have never even had a manicure take less than 40 minutes alone. My French pedicure looks like a 5 year old did it. There is nail polish all over my toes. The white line is uneven, no where close to a straight like it should look. I could have done a million times better of a job. I was waiting to say something and getting my gel manicure. My nails got filed down then painted. They didn't even wipe off the residue from filing my nails off of my hands. No one cut my cuticles or anything that typically goes under the definition of "manicure." It was essentially a polish change. And a horrible one at that. I have the gel clear coat all over my fingers and nail polish everywhere as well. Same thing goes with these French manicure lines as did with my toes. I couldn't even tell them how unhappy I was when I was paying bc I was in tears then they told me $46 total and I couldn't help but ask how I was getting charged that much for a at BEST a basic pedicure and a gel polish change. One of the guys didn't want to show me the nail design chart when I asked for it. He just looked at me crazy. He was very impatient and complaining about pollen while doing my pedicure. The older lady that did my nails was rude and acted like she didn't want to do my nails when I changed my mind from a manicure to a full set. She was walking around the salon saying I can't do her nails. Then she sat down and I couldn't understand most of what she said. Both of them were very short and abrupt with me for no reason. One star rating is too high. They shouldn't work there if they don't want to do nails and the prices are too high. They forget we our the customers and we don't have to spend money at your salon. read more
