Yung is my preferred nail tech, but I have had good experiences with everyone there. I can bring in my nail inspo pictures, pick from a huge assortment of colors, or ask them their opinion and it always turns out great! They are very kind and professional. It is a great atmosphere, and I love going to my appointments because it doesn't feel like a chore. They do fill up very quickly though so if you want to book I always recommend calling a week in advance or booking your next appointment with them in person.

But the cut was a disaster. I now have flat bangs, two heavy "hunks" of hair hanging just below the level of my ears, a second harsh "layer" about four inches longer than that....complete separation....no transition whatsoever. This after asking her twice to cut more layers and pointing out the harsh lines. Asked her if she could roll it. She told me they do not have hot rollers.In the salon and that she had "never mastered rollers anyway". She lightly combed my limp, still slightly damp at the roots hair and told me I was "all set". I kind of felt sorry for her... seemed to have gotten thrown in over her head with no training. Just had no clue what she was doing. Paid my $60 plus a $10 pity tip. Def needs more training. However, when I went to check out a younger girl called out a price for the girl checking me out which was $5-10 more than the appt I had booked stated. Which I am never happy when someone switches prices after the service is complete. A star for the girl checking me out-- she knew the online price and charged me that price. They don't have a nail dryer. I've never ever been to a nail place without dryers. Had no clue how important they are for drying. More than two hours after I left the appt (I stayed 20 minutes after) I took off my flip flops carefully but a huge smudge appeared. Wasn't even close to being dry. Yuck. Owner was nice.
