I just moved here and I must say this the worst nail experience I've had in the entire 20 years of getting my nails done in my life. Do NOT go here! Update: Since the lady wants to lie on me I am going to update y'all on my experience. I wasn't even going to say what happened but MANAGEMENT wants to lie! First of all I didn't walk in upset. A lady greeted me and asked me how she could help me. She did not ask me what I wanted. She told me what I needed. When I sat down the lady drilled my nails down when I never wanted them short and then she finally realized that I had a dip set and needed them removed. She then sat me me with someone else. Second of all, the nail tech did not let my nails soak the dip set off. He kept drilling them down every time they soaked for 30 seconds in the solution instead of allowing them to soak. If you allow them to soak it takes less time for them to come off. I have very sensitive nail beds and he kept drilling down on top speed. He was clearly frustrated with removing them because he said "This is taking too long" He kept making long sighs every time he kept putting them back in the solution to soak. Just leave them in the solution to soak for 10 minutes and they come off. Third of all I only raised my voice when he kept asking me if the color was correct. He was not asking me if I liked the color. Only after I got frustrated and asked someone what he meant did someone communicate with me what he was saying. How am I supposed to know if the dip powder is correct? It only shows the true color after it's wet not while it's in the jar. Third of all I was never rude! I even said it's pointless for me to say what I didn't like about my nails because there are bigger things in the world to get upset about. I told you I won't be back because I didn't enjoy the experience. You did ask if I liked my nails twice but the damage had already been done and I didn't want to be there any longer for someone to correct the issue. I was ready to go. The issue was they were too short ..I didn't like the color and I didn't like the shape. The man shaped a nail and then asked if it was ok. He never asked what shape I wanted. Lastly...for you to LIE on me and make it seem like I was the issue further solidifies what kind of business you are. I won't be back and I won't be referring anyone to you. Visiting the area and wanted a shellac mani and pedicure. Walked into this salon and was happy they weren't busy. A man got started on my manicure and did a great job followed by a relaxing pedicure from his wife. It was pretty quiet with serene music playing. I would definitely recommend and return if I'm back in the area. read more

I have been to this place several times before, and the work was always decent and not extremely expensive. I walked in and was sat at the station of a man who had not worked on my nails yet. Everything seemed fine at first. The acrylic looked good, and then he started filing. I understand that every once in a while nail techs might file a little too hard and cut you, but this was ridiculous. He cut me on almost all of my fingers before I asked him to stop filing and move on to the paint. He completely ignored me, and continued to file my nails, and had to wipe my hands multiple times before painting to get the blood off. Then he completely ignored what colors I wanted and just did something. I have never been more disappointed with my nails or experience in a salon ever. I thought it was clean and new and nice. The two employees I encountered were very nice but only understood limited English. They did a great spa pedicure and the finicky color I brought looked great when the tech was finished. I don't get fake nails so I imagine that's what the bad reviews involve. I don't know why you wouldn't stop someone if they were about to use the wrong color? That's a simple misunderstanding...anyway, this salon is owned by Nail-Thology, and both are great salons. Lena diamond did an exceptional job on my gel nails and design. She took her time and was very attentive they are a little more than I pay but well worth it. My eyebrows were average but I have thin ones and it's hard to arch them without them looking as though they are barely there. Again a little more expensive than I'm used to but I will definitely be going back! read more

Please, for the love of all things good, don't go here to get your nails done! I had 2 fingers bleeding when I left. The lady doing my nails was halfway done and just got up and left and I never saw her again. So an older man came to finish my nails but I watched him finish a pedicure and immediately start on my nails... without washing his hands. So that's gross. Then the man proceeds to do a half way job on my nails, and made 2 of them a bloody mess. I paid full price. So only go here if you like wasting your time and money. read more

RIP OFF ALERT! My two teen daughters and I went here while in town. They both got full sets and were sold "gel powder" which, apparently, doesn't actually exists. I needed just a fill for my gel nails. The male owner(?) insisted on soaking off my old gel nails (didn't ask for or want that). After that, the older woman did my fill and I asked her to file the nails down a bit. She did a very poor job leaving nails that look crooked and polish on my skin. When I went to check out, she said she would give me a little discount and only charge my $50. $50?!?! The list price for gel fill was $25 and the price for gel polish $5. At most, this should have cost $30. She said I owed for the fill (25), the polish (5), the soak off (10), for filing my nails down (no listed price) and something else I couldn't understand. My fill was costing almost twice as much as a full set! I argued, but in the end, I paid instead of calling the police or having them called on me. She then asked if I wanted to leave a tip after being so blatantly robbed! I will be filing a BBB complaint. read more
