I offered the gift card as credit card, it was refused, i offered cash to hold, it was refused, I then asked for a refund so that I could seek services elsewhere that doesn't require a credit card "on file" but was told no refund would be given on gift cards. I do not think this is in any way proper business. I asked what procedures were in place for cash paying clients without credit cards, she knew nothing except she would refuse service without credit cards on file and would not refund.
