I've been a loyal customer of this salon for several years, but my recent experiences have been extremely disappointing. During my last visit, I spent over $80 on a pedicure , but she spent most of the time cutting my cuticles and working extremely slowly. In the end, she only spent about 15 minutes massaging my legs and feet Extremely soft felt like a inconvenience During another visit, I had the same lady named Kim do my gel polish on my toes. Unfortunately, she rushed the process, and the gel polish peeled off just three days later. As a result, my nails are now cut and extremely sore to the touch. It's not everyday I get burned while getting a pedicure and then all of my natural nails ruined at the same time! As if that wasn't enough I paid 123$ on top of it all. While the woman that did my nails laughed when she took chonks of my nails off with a drill bit I didn't find it funny. I left holding back tears! This is usually my go to nail salon, but the last time I waited 45 minutes after my pedicure for them to even start on my nails because they were too worried about the walk ins leaving. Horrible job on my nails. I had a pedicure and manicure. My pedicure is fine, but I don't know what she did with my nails. I just wanted a french tip polish. After one day, the clear part on my nails started cracking and the white tips chipping off. I'm from out of town, so I couldn't go back to get them to fix it. It didn't help that the lady doing my nails did not speak nor understand English and she had to get a translator every time I said something. Ridiculous. I arrived at the location around 430pm I told the girl what I needed done such as eyebrows lip chin wax however during the time she was waxing she was making loud sighs of breath as if she was annoyed by me or something also while I'm in the room another lady was told to step in for her services however small as the room is it's suitable for the tech and one customer being serviced NOT 4 I'm very uncomfortable about my wax services when it comes down to others in the room beside the tech being in the room received a pedicure after not one issue with her polite and she did her best next I moved on to get my nails done just a filling for some odd reason I can't ever have a hand rest she does my nails on a jar like really ok whatever so here we are 2 and a half hours later almost during this time another tech checks out a customer and gave her a free lotion for paying 48.00 so I'm like ok let me see if I get one during the time she did my nails simple French tips only a filling we are moving on our 3rd hour just me her and the owner left in the place so finally she gets done she checks me out and he is there ready to collect the money for the night no thank you no nothing from him at all arrogant not even the free lotion as if there's no other places to go after spending 147.00 I will never ever return nasty attitude no customer service skills not even from the owner they will never get another dime from me Horrible service horrible experience read more

Worst pedicure I've ever had. Should have known to walk out when they left me sitting in a pedicure chair with no water in it for 30 mins but I was desperate. Pretty sure my 8 year old could have painted my toe nails better. Definitely not worried about building repeat clients. read more

If I could give a negative star I would. I use to go to this place often until I moved. Now I'm back in area I brought my teenage daughter to get her nails filled in and re-polished while I was working close by. I went back in to pay for the nails that were extremely overpriced for the job that I always paid for myself. I expressed this to the lady and she consistently wanted to state that price correct. I paid cost telling her I will pay because it's not worth my time or energy to argue. However, they lost a customer and was going to just leave it at that. However, I brought my daughter to another nail salon to just be mortified at what was found. So, I paid $48 for refill and polish change with 2 nails designed only to find out they painted her grey shellac over red polish from previous nail color!!!!! This could've ruined my daughters nails with leaving the old on. This resulted in me having to pay to get nails soaked off and redone!!!! Please DO NOT go to this salon!!! I used to frequent this nail salon years ago, but it has definitely changed. While the young girl who did my toes and fingers was friendly, she was VERY rough. I let her know twice that she was hurting me, but her vigor seemed to endure. Will try another spa next time. read more

I came to this salon just to try it out and right off I had to wait about 20 mins before being waited on. I asked for Gel Polish. The guy sanded ALL of my existing polish off with an electric file. I told him I didn't want my nails filed down. He proceeded to trim my cuticles with the same file. He told me the gel wouldn't hold without sanding my nails some. He then polished them with the least bit of polish on the brush. After several coats, being told to wash them, he asked if they were good. I told him they were very tacky and sticky. 2 other techs told him he needed to put alcohol on them. He asked them to repeat that. I wondered if he was new or even certified?!? I had the thinnest coat of polish for a Gel job I've ever had! By day 2, my 2 thumbs chipped. Day 3 another. By day 5 most nails were peeling. Although I was told they'd redo if they messed up within 2 weeks, I REFUSED to go back to let them fix them because by this point, my nails were all splitting!! Horribly splitting. My nails which were once healthy and beautiful are now cut to the skin because they have just split and broken so much. I will not be returning to this salon. read more

We went today, Wait was about 10 minutes, Dao and Andy did pedicures for us, they were very friendly, didn't hurt, or make you hold your foot in an uncomfortable position while they painted my nails. Would definitely ask for them again. The gentleman when we first walked in barked at us, instead of talking, pick yo color, pick yo color. I have never had an experience like this place. For some reason I always got the same technician. His skills were very good, but his demeanor was terrible. He constantly pulled my hands, telling me to stay still. I wasn't moving. One day while he did my nails, he yanked on my arm and SLAPPED MY HAND. He yelled at me saying I was moving too much.Thankfully, he was finished. He then brings me my bill in a booklet ( what they use in restaurants) he held it up shoulder length and dropped it on the counter! I put the money. (sans tip), walked over to him and tossed it at him. I never went back. I wrote a letter to the owner, telling him what happened, explaining that every month I spent literally over $100 , that this employee was taking money out of his business and to think about just how many customers this guy was causing the owners to lose business each year. My other pet peeve is, they all would speak in their own language, while performing services on you, while all the while, they knew how to speak English. Just rude. read more

Horrible experience! Had my eye brows waxed obviously by a amateur. One is long and thin, the other is fat and short. I report it to them, and the lady asked if I wanted a refund. I said of course I do along with my brows back. I do not recommend this place! read more
