I got a simple style. Just a gel french manicure and I got a regular polish pedicure. I thought they did a good job. They were very professional. They also served my sister and I complimentary champagne. I would come back to try something more elaborate next time I visit. read more

Would not return. Called to see how much a fill was and was told with gel $50. The lady put a very pink base color on, when I mentioned I didn't like it that I usually do tan she flat said she liked it and that's what people get. I again said I didn't like it and asked to just do black all over nails instead of French tip. She said no she liked it. If I'm being honest I'm not one to usually speak up so at that point I was in such shock that she had flat said no I didn't say anything more. She then offered to do design for free since I didn't like the pink... I asked about something simple and Disney as I'm leaving soon for Disney. She did tiny little (what was suppose to be) Minnie's.. they are uneven and look all different. She then charged me for the design art. I ended up leaving paying $82 on nails I absolutely hate. I'm extremely disappointed and frustrated with the service my 15-year-old just daughter received at Nail Fantasy. She went in for a very basic full set of French tip acrylics--nothing fancy, just an almond shape instead of square. The sign clearly says "$45 and up," which is reasonable. But they charged her $88 for a simple set that took less than an hour. No designs, no extras. When she shyly asked why it was so much, the nail tech mumbled something about her needing to buy a "kit"--which appear to be two Dollar Tree nail files and the almond shaping. Completely unjustified. Taking advantage of a minor without clearly explaining costs up front is unethical. This feels like price gouging and a complete rip-off. We won't be returning, and I strongly urge others to demand full pricing details before they start. Terrible business practice. read more

I went over to get a full set for an upcoming event, I had shown a picture to the nail lady and I I told her if she find the nail design difficult to do we could do a simpler set which she said no she was comfortable doing the design that I showed her first And this is what I got! I love nail fantasy. I've gone there for years and wouldn't ever go anywhere else. Their quality of work and skill are unmatched in the area. They know long nails. I drive from Pendleton, just to see them. I never have problems with breakage and hardly ever experience lifting. If you want a bomb, long set of nails, that will last...they're your shop. read more

I have been to this place twice. It is super clean and everyone spoke very good English. The first time I came in Brian did my acrylics and they turned out wonderful! The second time I had a younger looking girl do my acrylics and they didn't turn out very good. Spending over $50 on acrylics I expect a better job. She had burned one of my fingers with the nail file as well. read more

Kenny is absolutely amazing doing acrylic nails. He is 100% the BEST in town. BUT...he isn't professional when it comes to quality and service, although I know he tries at times. I've had one terrible experience after the next and my last visit was the worst; I was told the person doing my nails (not Kenny) isn't even licensed to do acrylic, and yet that person was told to do my fill, and completely destroyed my nails (came in for a basic fill since they're so over priced)! I haven't found better here, and will most likely end up doing my own- it's not as hard as you think ladies, and it's not worth having to pay someone to not give you you're money's worth. I have never met a more unreasonable business owner. I received a $60 gift certificate to Nail Fantasy with an expiration date of 4/27/2020. Due to Covid-19 I was unable to use it until the middle of July. When I talked to the owner about honoring it he said he would give me 50% of the value because his gift certificates are good for 6 months and I had plenty of time to use it. I reminded him that he wasn't even open for that full six months due to Covid-19. He stated he was only closed for 1.5 months and again "You had plenty of time to use it". Then asked if I wanted to use it or not. I told him that during these times I felt that he needed to be kind and flexible and I felt like he was stealing $30 as he had already been paid for the services and it wasn't an unreasonable amount of time had passed. There was no changing his mind and he gave me $30 towards my $70 bill. I told him that as a courtesy I was letting him know that I would be leaving reviews accordingly. He said "Thank you". First impression when I walked in was WOW this place is very clean and nice! Due to covid, masks were required which I didn't mind at all, and plexi glass was in place at their stations. I was able to enjoy getting a pedicure for the first time in months due to the shut down. I am not sure if the personal boxes was something they did prior to covid, but I LOVE this idea. The personal box included a file, scrub brush, a buffer and a pedi stone, the items are brand new and only used on you, you bring it in each time. I was very impressed with how many colors they had. My pedicure was great, the employees were all so friendly and did a great job. Overall I had a great experience and highly recommend. read more

Kenny and cici are the best in town. This is our favorite place to go they always make the best shape and they have a really good color collection with accessories. If you show your Pinterest idea to Kenny or cici they always know exactly how to execute it perfectly. Call and make an appointment a couple days or even a week in advance because their schedule is always full. read more

Be extremely careful coming here. I asked for a gel manicure and they filed my beds down to the quick so that it was raw and painful when I later had them removed. I've had several professional gels done - albeit in the city so they were a tad more expensive but not by much. It's very concerning that the techs do not have their certificates visibly displayed like every other nail salon. After my experience, I really question whether the women who work here (who speak extremely limited English btw) are even trained, much less state-certified. I also ended up with an odd rash around my cuticles which I treated with hydrogen peroxide and acetone and that seemed to knock it out pretty quick, leaving me to focus on my poor abused nail beds. Considering all this, I really question their hygiene practices in regards to tools and surfaces. read more

Never going there again, especially on how I was treated. I went there to get a full set done for my quinceaneara because my cousin recommended it to me. It was busy, so I did not mind waiting. I get seated, they give me options of different blues that they have, but I chose one specifically that was ROYAL BLUE. They get started on my set, everything is ok so far. I ended up picking gel so they would not chip, but then I noticed something was off with the color. It was not the color that I had requested or picked, it was a much lighter blue. The guy that was doing my nails started blaming ME because I chose the wrong color, but in reality he picked up the wrong color. I was already beginning to become upset, and then I was also going to get waxed. The lady who was going to wax me, which I assumed was also the owner at the time, started going all off because my mom mentioned to her that they did the wrong color for my nails. I have no idea what she said since it was in another language, but I could tell it was not friendly since everyone turned to me and my mom. My mom grew VERY upset and started arguing that she was NOT going to touch my eyebrows because we were afraid she would take a chunk off since she was extremely pissed. We ended up paying and my mom yelled that they were very unprofessional and that we were NEVER going there again and that they can shove the money up there a*s. Absolutely horrified by the treatment I received and the price I paid for such shoddy service, I understand there is new management and all I can say is STAY AWAY. As soon as I wasted my money there everyone I talked to said oh NO Way they are awful. I would recommended going up to the tricities to have a $30 mani-pedi that you actually get someone to work on your heels and not charge you for a new file because the one in your kit was wrong when he didn't even use it. And the worst polish ever, which didn't help. I said I don't like that polish after he put it on my first big toe, totally ignored me, when they didn't even help me put on my zip up the back sandals, oh I can just go on and on. I don't leave reviews but I read the reviews here yesterday and someone needs to leave a honest review or at least my opinion so you don't think you are going to spend 48$ for anything other than a VERY basic mani-pedi.
