Over two years later and one trip to another salon that seriously messed up my nails, this is the ONLY place I go to get my nails done. I always try to get Sara/Sarah who only works Monday - Wednesday as she is the best, at least in my opinion. That being said, the others are great too. If Sara isn't available I don't have any problems going to another person. I know they will listen to me. Yes, they do speak Vietnamese to one another but personally, I don't care. Normally I've gone after a long day at the office and like not having to engage in a lot of small talk. Although I do love catching up with the ladies & gent when I go in. Sometimes there can be a wait but usually they will call you to see if you can come later. For me, that's not always possible. One should also take into account the time of year as certain times mean it's harder to just walk in & get an appointment right away. They have done some paint upgrades which are nice but a little too pink for me lol. I'll be back 100%. read more

There were 3 of us to get solar nails done and we had booked about a week in advance. When we got there we ended up getting done 1 at a time because they keep taking walk-ins the whole time. So we ended up being there close to 3 hours. Needless to say we were starving by the time we were done. The pros: Nails looked good. My sister had 1 nail that had a bit of a line that was "off" barely noticeable but she notices things like that. It was busy. This was good and bad. They can obviously keep bringing people back so that is a good thing in my book. The cons: We were there way too late considering we had an appointment. Not sure how they were cleaning their equipment. I'm pretty sure the same file gets used on everyone. Would I go back? Maybe.... My nails look good but I work in the health industry and am a stickler for sanitizing everything. I love Nail Fetish Salon. I come here regularly for mani/pedi's and waxing. The girls here are really sweet and it's a positive atmosphere. They take walk-in's in right away so don't bother making an appointment, you get in as you come. For waxing, the girls make you feel comfortable and don't make it awkward. They guide you step by step if you're new to brazilian waxes and will listen if you need a short break. It always comes out amazing and definitely worth the money. I love the job they do on your finger nails and toe nails. Sometimes pedicures can be very rushed on busy days so if you want to relax, go somewhere else. If you want a quick and nice job, go here. The only thing about this place is they tend to make the pedicure foot baths extremely hot so make sure you ask for the temperature to be lowered. And prices I'm not too sure about because it sometimes varies so make sure you ASK before how much yours will be. I definitely recommend Lily, as she's the sweetest woman there. She makes you feel right at home and the other girls are mostly just as kind. read more

Worst service EVER. I called to inquire how much it would cost me to fix one broken nail with gel and shellac was told $5. Half way into my appointment the lady who was fixing my nail (who was on the phone majority of the time and was not being gentle) advised me that it will cost me more. She didn't end up using any gel but glued the tip of the fake nail on mine and still charged me $7. Also she got nail polish on my skin and did not remove it and told me it will come off when I wash my hands, not to mention how horrible the overall look of my nail looks. Save your time and money. This nail salon is also my go to place when I need to do a quick fix . Helen and linh are both good and take their time . I've been very happy with my nails have gone there a few times . This salon is horrible and unprofessional! 98% of the time I get my nails done here, I have to come back and get them fixed! They want people in and out as fast as possible so they can go to the next person. They don't care about their customers, only money. If you're like me and you like a natural look, they will laugh in your face and do a crappy job because "you're not spending $50" nevermind I've been coming here for over 10 years! I went with my friend on a sunday, so of course it was busy, but there wasnt enough staff, and they would take every walk in right away. I had to sit in the pedicure chair for about 30 to 40 min soaking my feet until someone was free to start my pedicure. Me and my friend had our pedicures done one after the other, so it took about 2 and a half hours and i was starving after. They did a pretty good job though, and the prices are decent. read more

I am sitting here right now with my sister more than 70 min after my scheduled appointment time still being told "just a little bit longer" when i manage to flag down one of the girls working here. Nobody apologizes, they all avoid eye contact unless you literally force them to acknowledge you. My sister's pedicure started 40 min late and currently one of her toes is bleeding, where her cuticle was cut quite vigorously. Again no apology received. Many people are dropping bye all of whom are told to return in an hour so it can be predicted this same cycle will repeat again. All the employees seem oblivious as this appears to be routine for them. Getting your nails done is supposed to be a service, it is supposed to be enjoyable yet I feel very frustrated and have yet to still begin. I will never come back. read more

I used to love this salon, but it seems like over the years they've gotten busier, they hired more girls, I took my false nails off and I really don't like this salon anymore. Well the first thing that bothers me this place is you can make appointment and show up on time but you could sit there waiting for 30+min. or sit (with your feet in water so you think your getting in) at the pedicure chair. Or if your a walk in they will quote you 5 min but it's actually like 20 lol To be clear I dont mind when they talk a bit in their language to each other but here they have full salon conversation talking in their language about who knows what but they should maybe try talking to their client a little more then their coworkers around them or at least talk in English so the client could join in or not be wondering what's so important that it can't wait til she's done doing the nails. And on top of it all I now have natural nails and i don't normally go to this place anymore but when I can't get in at my place this place is close but I have fairly long pretty strong natural nails and they don't even bend that much lol but when I go to this place they always over file my nails make them super thin and I end up having to cut my nails right down and grow them back which is why I dislike this place so much read more

I'm currently waiting to have my nails done, I had made a appointment at 4 with my coworkers. I continued to ask when I would be getting my nails done, they said oh just a few minutes. Their sitting on the phone and walking around. They have helped other customers that are walking in before me. This is the fucking shittiest nail place to history! I have been a regular customer at nail fetish for over 5 years at least. I went to this place on Sat...i knew it wld be busy...so i figured its okay i can wait...i was told sit down itll be 20 min. 1 hr later i was taken to a pedicure chair and i sat there for about 10 min..then the girl came and filled the basin with water told me to put my feet in. I said its not clean as they had not cleaned up after the lady before me and there were nail clippings on the top part as well..which she had covered witha towel. She seemed quite offended..sprayed the basin...and rinsed it out all the while mumbling in her language to her co-worker. She took the towel away and asked me where the nail clippings were. .which fell to the ground when she took the towel off. As i was getting my pedicure done the gentleman that got his pedicure done next to me left. The lady rinsed the basin quickly ..no spray no sanitizer. .nothing...and started filling it up again. I went to the counter to get my shellac manicure done. The lady brought me tears. She went at my cuticles like a mad lady...making them bleed..then proceeded to put shellac where the blood was...so there was a big blob of blood in the middle of my nail with shellac. I asked her if that wld come of ...and she goes no honeyyy.. i told her i wanted it fixed..she fixes it all the while still pulling and tugging at my poor cuticles. Ive never ever had such a bad experience. I just hope that those instruments were sanitized. And that they sanitized them after butchering my cuticles. I paid and left no tip. At no point in time did i get an apology from these ladies. They have gotten too busy to care. I will not be ever going back there again. read more

My third visit, over 2 years. It has definitely gone downhill. The whole place was dirty when you sat in the chairs - the arm rests were covered in dust and nail bits (not just from that day). my tech was a bit rough, until she CUT me - then she became more gentle. Nothing is sterile all the tools including the one she cut me with went back in the box. I questioned her about this and she gave me a blank look. Nicest thing was the foot and leg massage. Will never go back and wish I wouldn't have stayed - praying I haven't now got Hep C. Also while waiting for my polish to dry I watched a tech unload a box of (melting on the floor) frozen chickens or ducks into plastic bags. read more

I am sitting at the nail salon right now. I have an appointment made for 630 and i have been waiting for over an hour and they take in other walk in people for pedicure and I want to get a manicure . They are so rude. Some girls waited since 530 and also had an appointment . This is rediculous. They whole time they did my nails they spoke in their language laughing and cut my finger. I have been going here for 4 years. Everything used to be okay. This time the chairs were different, I didn't recognize anyone and I asked just for a pedicure. Someone said come sit right here. An older woman then came out to do my feet. She said How are you. I said fine. And you? She says fine. 5 minutes later the same thing. She didn't speak English other than basics it appeared. Pick a colour so I did. The whole thing was so different than I ever had and I mentioned that. I have never had hot rocks before? and then this blue light which scared me, because of possible eye damage. I covered it with my cell phone. Finally I said I don't want it 3 times, the other girls said it is to get the gel to dry. I said I didn't know I was getting gel , she didn't tell me that. Sorry. When I go to pay it was $47.50 Heart attack. I thought maybe prices went up. New Place. I paid and then reached for the price list. Apparently I had a spa treatment or the gel cost $15 more. I am unsure . Couldn't understand the lady at all. I was really not happy with the price. Job appeared okay, but looking at them tonight , the cuticles were not pushed down and the nail polish doesn't look right there. NE WAY won't go back. read more
