I spent $74 on nails that didn't even last 24 hours. Everyday a nail was either chipping or just straight broke. I've gotten my nails done for over 30+years and this is the absolute worse of them all. I called the shop to let them know immediately about my nails. The young lady asked me to upload FB messenger and send them to her. We'll I don't do FB so that was an issue. She asked me to come back and they'll fix it. Well that's an issue I'm a Flight Attendant and that was not a normal trip for me. When I called I specifically asked for an experienced tech. It's clear now this tech wasn't experienced. When I wrote my initial review I was disappointed as the results. Now I'm pissed because their all broken less than a week. My hands don't require intense use for work. However that are primarily a focus point when doing my job. I have 4 more trips and my hands look a mess. I've been wearing gloves since day 1. read more

I'm really sorry to leave a bad review after being referred by a friend but my nails are not ok. I got them done three days before taking these pictures and I just keep noticing more and more wrong with them. I got SNS polish with fake nails and they are crooked, lumpy and the edges of my nails don't go all the way down to my finger. I'm really disappointed and will have to go get a fresh set somewhere else. read more

Took a chance as place is close to the hospital I work for and I can get service during my lunch break. The negative reviews on this site are old; give them a chance they gave me the best gel manicure I've had in Mobile are Baldwin county and pricing is best around. Horrible! I went to this place based of being one of the top 10 nail salon in Mobile, Al. I got my nails done on Thursday and by Sunday two broke. I went to this place because another place is just as horrible which is American Nails on Cottage Hill Rd. & Demotropolis. I am a wife, mother of 3, and a hairstylist. I rarely have time to myself or spend money on myself. I walked in for a much needed brow wax and was also thinking about a pedi and mani. After being asked why I haven't I already waxed my brows then " you lazy?". I simply got a wax and left. It was very hard to hold my tongue. I could have easily waxed my own brows once I had a chance but I CHOSE to spend my hard earned money with this establishment. Customer service is number one priority in any business, especially ours. Horrible experience. The staff is extremely unfriendly. The pedicure chairs are cheap and have a dingy towel on the backrest. All the towels were dingy. The place was in general unclean. Old eyebrow wax strips from different patrons were left piled up on a paper towel instead of simply being thrown away. The male owner himself filed into my skin while giving me a pedicure. Charge for small items that are typically free everywhere else, example: the bar you sit at to dry your toes and finger nails is $1. Will not be going here again. read more

Absolute worst pedicure of my life. Bowl wasn't clean, guy cut my toe, chair was too tall and couldn't adjust, absolutely no massage whatsoever, he barely even filed my toe nails, rude staff, watered down polish and they charged us an extra dollar to sit at a dryer that didn't even work. I'm going to have to go tomorrow and get another pedicure somewhere else. Every single person getting a service done had a complaint at the end. I can't believe this place is even in business.
