Went in with my little sister for a fill and set but the whole time they were asking her weird questions like where she went to school and if our mom was coming back to get us. This place to get my nails done before gymnastic meet. I wanted to get a full set and the guy was on FaceTime with his wife the whole time he was very unfocused. I had a woman named Kim who would not listen to me when i said i didn't want acrylic, she kept saying it was gel powder, which was a lie. she cut my thumb cuticle with the sander. Nails were peeling after 2 days.. Kept commenting on my eyebrows trying to make me feel bad enough to pay her to wax them. All around a bad experience. read more

Nasty and Ghetto is how I would describe this place. I went there once because I was looking for a place close to home and someone had recommended it. I must have done something to make this person mad because this place is a mess. It was busy so it seemed ok except for the cheesy decor but the true colors started to appear once I sat in the chair for the pedi. This place was dirty and the equipment was not working right-they used water warmed up in a crockpot(luke warm) since it was not heating up and the jet really didn't work right either. I don't think they cared about sanitary conditions and everything seemed dusty. I feel lucky that I did not get sometime of rash or funk. read more

Never again. Spent25 on a gel polish change and I'm now two days in- my 10 year old son who is ADHD could have painted the better! This place needs to be shut down for shady business practices and downright theft ! You will never pay the same price for a full set even though it is $35 on the board. I asked him the reason why I charged $55 when I paid $40 three months ago and he played the "Language Barrier " card with the phony smile to avoid my question . I am so angry at the way I was treated and ripped off repeatedly that I will be calling the better business bureau on Monday. The staff of unhappy Asians look like they just finished smoking opium in the back room or they just lost a bunch of money on pai gow and need to steal to recoup losses. Worst nail salon ever!!!!! Dont go there!. I went there since i was pregnant and ot qas a while since i did any manicure and pedicure. This lady did a rush job not even taking the time to do anything to my nails. Why wasshe in a rush? The salon was not even full!!!! The equipment they use to do your nails are not sterilized and uou may get fungal infection!!!! When they applied nail polish...sbe did it in a rusb aa well and the sides were not done!!!! I received a $100 gift certificate for Christmas for this place because I have been going there for a long time. I went there in July and tried to use my gift certificate and was refused by the management stating that the gift certificate states it is only good for 6 months. However, I also had another gift certificate from 2012 with $12 balance and he accepted that as he had several visits before which were past 6 months of purchase. When asking for the manager, he stated he was the manager. Bad business! read more
