We waited for 15 minutes and when the owner finally arrived, she took in the second customer first and not my wife, who had arrived before the other customer. I was disgruntled by that but my wife told me she has done a good job with her nails before and to let it go. The first customer took up most of the time we had available to wait before a movie we were going to watch, so we left and my wife didn't get her nails done that day. She did return the next day and loved the service, just as much as she had loved the first service. However, that's no way to treat a customer.

When I went back for a fill I was accused of picking them off. I told her again the fell off and then I was accused of going to long between fills. When I went to pay not only did I pay for the fill she charged me for each nail that fell off. When I questioned why she accused me again of picking them off and waiting to long between fills.
