Located at the very corner of a mini mall, this place had a really good selection of specific Japanese gel brands which was perfect because it was exactly what I was looking for. They only carry a very specific set of brands so definitely don't come here if you're looking for a huge variety like most of the other nail supply shops. The staff that works here is also super nice and accommodating. Hello time to update my review. New owners and a manager Aurora Zack has taken over from the previous owners. I been shopping since they first opened in early 2000. I dealt with Yoko san and another guy who left shorty after we started. We also had an account with Naillabo Japan where we occasionally traveled and shopped. Over the last year since Shinya was handing over ownership we had problems with back order items, and others items. We order and pay then later we get email says sorry item not available. July 3 2025 we ordered and an airbrush compressor was showing fulfilled but item was on back order. I called was told back ordered and would get a call when it arrived. I called 3 more times over late July and August, and finally told it was Being held in customs for clearance. Each call I was continually offered refund but said no. 09/09-2025 item was delivered but no call. Later excuse was we were closed all that week. Aurora when I called asked about her email on 09-04-25 saying we will let you know when it is ready! No comment. So I hung up the phone. Later get email says sorry we refunded item. I called they said since I was rude They did refund . Later they added to inventory and at a higher cost but I was told by Aurora Zack not to call them back and they would deal directly with my wife and not me, losing a 20 plus year Client must be ok. read more

I really like Nail Labo. I typically order online, but was finally able to make it in person for once. The shop itself is actually really small, but it looks like it extends to eh side and back pretty significantly, which makes sense, since they sell online as well. They carry Ageha and Presto, along with Apres. They carry more brands, but I think those are the main ones. They don't stock newer stuff immediately online, but I noticed that they have more of it in the shop itself. Everything is kept really clean, and I would definitely stop by again if I'm in the area. read more

Had exactly what I needed! I wanted to get the Apres gelx supplies but it's so overpriced on other resellers. I didn't want to buy the full box of tips from apres since I'm not a nail technician to need all sizes for other people, but this place has the refills for a GREAT price! Only had to buy the sizes I need for myself. Super easy to find, neat and organized little store that's basically a hidden gem! Wish I knew about this store sooner. So glad I didn't buy off of eBay which was double the price it was sold here. Plus I don't have to pay for shipping because this store is super close to my house, so I can go in person to get them. The workers were nice and didn't hover over me, which I liked because other nail supply stores, the workers basically follow me around and ask me so many questions. LOVE this place! Ok, I'm totally shook at the amazing service I received from Ryoko at Nail Labo. Everything is crazy right now. Corona, murder bees, natural disasters, riots, etc. I get my nails done occasionally, but thought it might be fun to do my own gel x nails while in quarantine. I ordered a mess of stuff from Nail Labo, changed my mind on one of the items and emailed them to cancel it. Tbh, I really expected them to say no. They said yes and still shipped my order the next day, which I received the following day. :) I received the items, and eagerly tried the set out. It's awesome, though there's a steep learning curve -- I went through maybe 18 gel x nails before I finally glued those suckers down properly (and they're still looking a little ratchet, tbh) -- but I noticed the presto top coat I ordered had a crusty ass brush. I emailed NL looking for a fix -- initially, I was thinking maybe soaking it in acetone would work? But I was worried the brush hairs might dissolve or something funky might happen. However, they are sending me a new top coat, which I genuinely appreciate because they didn't have to. Hell, they could've just sent me the brush and that already would've been going above and beyond. They definitely have my business in the future as long as my ratchet salon is open :') read more

Drove over 3 hours to get to this location. It's really confusing because online it states there's is curbside pick up. No one was answering the phone because I thought it was too early. Get there and a sign is posted that location is closed till further notice. It looks like they moved out in the middle of the night. I love their products!! They offer online orders and a point system. Not only can you accumulate points but they can look up previous purchases (comes in handy when you forget which color you bought already and need a quick search). I was hoping that the store front would be open but it's curbside pick up only. The only down side is I love to look at the color swatches in person. But they have presto gels! Absolutely in love with this store! I've been here twice and I cannot get enough!! People here are friendly. The store is clean and completely in order. They ask you to not open the bottles which is a bummer but they have swatches in all the gels for you to see. Also by them asking not to open the bottle gives you piece of mind. I am so happy whenever I visit Nail Labo. Its so very unfortunate that they are closed on weekends. I purchase mostly online and their processing time and shipping time are very quick. My first two orders had errors, however they responded very quick to fix their mistakes. Every time I visit the store, the gentleman or the lady that is there helps me sample the colors and are always very pleasant to help. I walked in today to buy a top coat and the girl was very nice and set expectations that since they personally have not tested the top coat with other gel polishes they can't guarantee 100% success of the product however she mentioned their customers have not issues. She is the first Japanese person that I met in life that happened to be a very rude person, no smile, answer my question with a not happy attitude.
