I chose this nail salon because of their reviews and suggestions from friends. While the staff was friendly and attentive....I was talked into getting my nails dipped. My natural nails are long, strong and well shaped and taken care of. Nails looked beautiful for the first few days....until they started breaking off in the quick and taking most of my natural nail with it. I lost 4 nails in 2 days. I called the establishment to speak with a manager about my complaints and to try to resolve the problem, I was laughed at and hung up on. I am extremely disappointed in the way they do business and I won't be going back there. In short.....I do NOT recommend this business. P.S. I am in Sulphur Springs not San Francisco. Would give 0 stars if I could! My sister and I had a horrible experience. We said we wanted two full sets and the lady who seated us got frustrated when we went the wrong way, after nobody acknowledged us upon entering and stating we had an appointment. We were then seated and the woman (whose name I do not know, no one had name tags! So unprofessional!) doing my nails starts doing French tips with dip powder when I requested acrylic so they came out HORRIBLY uneven. She also took phone/texting breaks every five minutes. She told me "clean my hands" when they were dusty from filing...like..I thought that was your job to do with a dusting brush...so needless to say they turned out very uneven and brittle looking. Nothing compared to my poor sister, whose nail tech messed her pinky nail up horribly, and instead of properly fixing it cuts both pinkies to an uneven size in comparison to the rest of the set. Not to mention they were sloppily painted, and bulky. After finishing my sisters nails, we ask if she can discount for the horrible looking sets and only takes $5.00 off! Then when checking out we find out she tried to STEAL from us, and charge $15.00 extra as if we wouldn't notice! We had an overall HORRIBLE experience I do NOT recommend this place at all. read more

I moved to SS about a year and half ago this was the first nail salon I went to in town I have been going there since the last couple of times their service has been ok. I feel like I'm putting them out when requesting what i want, today was no different I told the lady what I wanted she told me they were out of the color I wanted, she suggested a lavender color excuse me ma'am the color I wanted was a dark drown with one nail goldish color but you are suggesting a lavender color ok that's a no. I switched the color and I ask if she could do a heart in one of my nails she said yes, but when it was time to do the Herat she said she couldn't find it. Ugh ok so no heart. Anyway when I was paying she wouldn't even allow me to entered my phone number she just wanted me to pay with my card which I told her I was paying her in cash omg you think I was telling her that I was paying her with rocks. I really liked the place and now i see why it's empty every time I go there. Time to find a new place. read more

I wanted ombré for my wedding, and showed them a picture I told them it was for my wedding. I was on lunch from work. They got done and it looked awful! I was hoping it was a trust the process situation. They look nothing like the picture. The last checking me out asked about them I said they're awful they look nothing like the picture she agreed asked if I had time to fix them. I started crying and said no becAuse I was on lunch and this was the last chance I had to do them before the wedding. Still had to pay for them, but definitely didn't tip. LOVE this salon and the family that owns it are truly wonderful I've been doing pedi's and NexGen French on my nails at their Rockwall location for years- yes driving 2hrs round trip, but it was always worth it. Tried their new Sulpher Springs location last week and found it to be just as awesome! Clean, beautiful inside, friendly staff and Andy did a beautiful job on my NexGen. 2 of us visited for the first time. Staff was nice and got us right in for our mani pedis. Pedicures were awesome. But her gel manicure had to be redone 3 times! The first was bumpy and lumpy as well as polish was randomly on the bottom of her finger. We asked that lady to smooth out polish. She was nice about it and used clippers to trim around her cuticles, not the polish. The manager asked if it was okay fix and we showed her it was not. She stated she wanted to make sure we were satisfied and she said she would redo the gel polish herself. Instead of soaking to polish off... she used hand drill and grinded polish off quickly. The polish was much better finally. She offered a 20% discount! Really?! Her cuticles are bleeding in spots and very sore... 20% off! We will not be back. read more
