I have been coming here a long time and have always received fantastic service. The owner is diligent to ensure that staff produce quality work. Typically there isn't much of a wait as a walk in unless you walk in without an appointment on peak days like weekends right before Mothers' Day, prom and Christmas, etc. They have a huge selection to choose from. The prices are reasonable. There are plenty of pedicure chairs and they provide other services as well like waxing, massage, eye lashes, etc. I used to always get acrylic or solar nails before finally changing to dip powder and they do it all. They can be fast if needed too if you let them know you are on a lunch break, etc. when you arrive. My favorite thing is that Tina always ensures they produce quality work. If there is ever anything not up to par, just bring it to her attention and she will make it right. My favorite nail salon! read more

Horrible horrible horrible my daughter got her nails done, they had to redo them because the nail technician made them way to thick. The owner did them the second time and her husband painted them. We live 30 minutes away and by the time she got home the paint started lifting on several fingers and peeling off. They charged her $70 for some poorly done nails. She went back today to get a refund and the owners husband told her she was selfish for wanting a refund that she should just let them redo them. She did not want them to touch her nails again! No refund and now she has to pay to have someone else redo them. NEVER GO HERE THEY ARE RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL!! read more

Well I originally gave this place a 5 star because my nails and toes turned out very cute. I got them done Tuesday and my gel manicure started peeling on three of my nails by Friday. I ended up peeling them all off and they peeled off very easy. I think it's the brand of gel polish they use, Gelish. I have that brand of gel polish at home and it's not the best quality. I would recommend them getting a higher quality brand of gel polish such as DND to avoid this problem in the future. $35 is what my manicure cost and it lasted 3 days. I still appreciated the service and friendly staff. They did take great care of grandma and gave her a nice pedicure. read more

Very unprofessional staff. I waited 1.5 to get my nails and eyebrows done.I was told to pick my color after waiting .15 min and another .30 min later I was told to go to a seat number. Another .30 min not one person spoke to me. I sat there as the cleaned the floors. One lady was shaking their head and saying how disrespectful they were being. I finally just walked out with no service done. I have been coming here for 5 years and I won't ever be back. I don't mind waiting. But when you are so busy and you are still taking clients in, it becomes unprofessional. They need to learn their boundaries. read more

Awful. Place looks dirty. Went in for a pedicure and a removal of my dip set and replace with just shellac. She had me sit in the mani chair to do a soak off and said that she will do my mani first. She was finishing up with her client. I sat for 1 hour, scrubbing off my own nails with acetone and a paper towel. She came by twice, to check and ask "are they coming off?" And finally came to use her drill to finally finish the job. By this point she already started on another client. I noticed while sitting there that several of the employees were bouncing between 2-3 different clients. And they seemed to sit clients walking in, in manicure chairs. Either for a false sense of hope, or to avoid people standing around (they had no waiting area) and scare off possible customers. She then told me to wash my hands and have a seat in a pedicure chair. I did. I sat another 30 minutes waiting. All the while texting a friend to find out where a good nail salon was because i had wasted enough time and wasn't planning on coming back. After she confirmed that this place was notorious for making people wait and then doing terrible service. I got up to walk to the front and pay and leave. The lady told me "someone's about to come to you right now." I replied "that's ok, I've been here an hour and half and you've managed to only have me soak off my own nails." She confirmed "are you sure we can do it right now" i told her no, bc i had to go pick up my son. She still made me pay TEN DOLLARS to soak off and scrub off my own nails. She said "I'm sorry we had a lot of people sick today." Which i find as an excuse because i had other people tell me that they are known for making you wait. I told her at that point she needs to turn people away, as to avoid making customers wait 1-2 hours for service. I WILL NOT be back and i will not recommend to anyone else. read more

Very nice, upscale spa. By upscale I mean much better than the typical hole-in-the-wall establishments you see. The staff was friendly and kept conversation. I got the tropical pedicure. It was $40, which was a bit pricey, but I wanted the wax and hot stone along with the callus treatment. It was well worth it. It was easily the best pedicure that I've received in the United States. I gave it 4 stars only because they had free wifi that I couldn't tap into because the password on the menu was wrong and the lady helping me didn't know what the correct one was. The callus treatment consisted of a large cheese grater looking object, which was much larger and intrusive than the scraper that I was accustomed to overseas. Other than that, it was solid. I'd received mixed reviews from friends of friends. I had very little to complain about. read more

I've been going to this place religiously for about 2 years now and for some reason I've never done a review for them. They are the only place in town that listen to what the customers want and don't haggle you on extra services on top of the services you are getting. The owners are very sweet and always greet me with a hello and call me by name. Very personal and professional. I'm very particular with my nails and eyebrows, so if there is something that I don't like, I can tell them and they fix it right away without arguing. I always leave with the exact things I want and am eager to come back for a relaxing experience. read more

Although small in size, this place is very efficient, offers a variety of services and does a great job. It offers an array of fun pedicure options - the aloe vera and coffee pedicures are particularly great. I've tried both french w/ color tip solar and Nexgen nails and they've always looked great and held up really well. Facial waxing is also pretty decent here, it's hit or miss whether it's done thoroughly, though, depending on the tech who does it. This place is all business, they will get you in and out quickly. They don't try to oversell their services too much. It's always busy, too, regardless of what time of day you visit. Definitely worth a try! read more
