They overcharge your service every time. 80 for a short fill in gel. With basic design, nothing fancy. They have major attitudes and don't have patience to listen to what you want. Been there numerous times over the years and give them breaks from me going. I believe in second chances but this business is ridiculous. A lot of older yt women go and I know they not questioning the over charging. Sad. The men in this business are disgusting. VERY RUDE. The woman has been neutral. Going to a place for years on and off is crazy and they still steal from patrons is crazy. More people needs to address. Also prices are hidden behind large plant. I asked guy maybe in his late 20's early 30's before he started what will my price be he never said I asked again. He told me once he was doing last deign before clear final coat. Robbery. Peter did an outstanding job on my gel pedicure! The deluxe pedicure is certainly worth the money because the leg and foot massage alone is worth every penny! When we arrived, it wasn't crowded. My friend and I were immediately serviced. The shop is very clean and welcoming. The service we received exceeded my expectations just because you never know what you're going to get with nail salons. We were reluctant as they aren't very well represented on Yelp. Our experience was great and I would definitely come here again and request Peter! I really love my gel pedicure... it was the perfect birthday treat! read more

He forgot to add the 2nd color behind the flower. Worst nail salon I've ever walked in. I've been to this salon many time over the years because it's convenient for me, however, this place sucks. I went four days ago for a pedi and he clipped my nails soooo low that it's painful on one toe. They always make you feel forced to leave a tip as well. Time before last I took my three young girls and we all got pedicures for our vacation. While sitting in the chair one man walks through the salon talking to someone on FaceTime showing everybody that's there and making people feel very uncomfortable. My pedicure was amazing was asked to do the deluxe for $40 and I agreed. I got a full set with gel polish no design but I'm very basic. I was asked if I wanted long, I said no short as possible then was convinced to get them medium length. Got to register my total was total was wrote on a piece of paper. $100 + tip. I've never ever spent $60 for my nails ever. I said no tip; I had already tipped $20 bc there is no way my nails was $60. read more

My husband & I both got a pedicure. Over priced. I picked out my nail color and sat down in the chair. While they were working on us one of the ladies came took my polish & put it back on the shelf. My husband asked for clear, they did no polish for him. They put clear on mine then motioned for me to leave the chair. I got my color & brought it to him & he grudgingly put it on. He spoke a foreign language to the lady, made me feel he was fussing about me. Cut my nails too short. They look awful. They did not have a good selection in the colors I was interested in. Polish smeered before I got to the car. No light to harden polish. Will not return. read more

I would rate this as the worst nail salon that I've ever used and I've been doing my nails for almost 35 years. I had tried them before, a few years ago because they were close to my parents. So, I used them on 2 or 3 visits and each time I reminded myself that I would never go back because they are so pushy in trying to sell as many additional services as possible. I can remember when I was doing a pedicure (all I wanted was a simple pedicure), they wanted to sell me the deluxe, add on extra creams and lotions, wanted me to try artwork on my toes, etc. I was getting really irritated and they had to sense my frustration, but just continued. I vowed when I left, I would never go back. So, fast forward about 3 years and I needed my nails done and I decided to try again. I was surprised that they remembered several details about me, including that I was an out-of-towner. For the last several years, I have been using acrylics with gel on top of my nails. Most places charge $30-$35 which is about average. I suspected they would try to overcharge me. When it was time to pay, the wife of the owner gave me the price, and I was right, she charged me $42. I told her the price was ridiculous, that was very high. After a short conversation, I handed her my card and said there will be no tip, you can pay him from the amount you have overcharged. She looked shocked, I don't think she expected that! I made the promise before, but this time I will stick to it, I will never go there again. I'm done with this crappy nail shop! I wish I could rate this place a negative 5, but I can't. Will have to give them one star, but believe me, they don't even deserve this!! read more

I gave this place another try. It's local and I want them to do well. My daughter and I went in and were constantly badgered by the male that runs the place and one of the nail techs. When I said no to a pedicure they wanted to know why. When I told them we don't have time they told that I did have time etc.. This went on and on in front of the other customers. The nail tech that did my nails then kept trying to argue with me because I didn't want a pedicure or the nail extentions. She told me my nails look ugly unless I make them longer. She then did my nails while being very angry and rude. It wasn't pleasant to say the least. Shocking. Really terrible place. Never again. I hate to give bad reviews but I really hope the salon reads this. They need to know they will never have returning customers with that kind of behaviour. I would not recommend this nail salon if you would like to relax and not feel rushed. They continually tried to sell more services to me. The lady who gave me a manicure tried to get me to wax my eyebrows. I do regularly, but she kept saying "Why not you need it done?". This is possibly the worst experience I've ever had at a nail salon, and I've been getting my nails done for years. The manicure consisted of me sticking my hands in sandwhich bags with cuticle softener for about 45 seconds. The gel polish part wasn't so bad but it looks terrible. And then I was asked if I wanted my eyebrows done and I almost said no when she gave me a look like I was crazy so I get them done. In the middle of putting my nails in the light she was ripping off the wax and spraying alcohol on my hands.she sat back down after doing my eyebrows to, I guess, finish my "manicure". She put some sugar scrub on my hands and told me to wash them. I go back to get my stuff and she told me not to sit back down to meet her at the counter. Go up there after maybe being there maybe 20 minutes and was charge $42 and asked multiple times for a tip. I get services vary In price, but I've never paid that much for a service that was so terrible, literally. This was the most rushed and non-relaxing nail experience I've ever had... please don't waste your money at this salon. read more

not good service, very pushy when selecting color, extremely rude, and too overpriced. worst salon I have ever been too. the employees kept pushing my friend and I to get gel and then said if we only get regular polish, our nails would look ugly. they separated us when doing our nails and told us completely different prices. over the phone when I called, they said $47 for a regular mani pedi. this is already too overpriced, and they said very different prices when we were actually there. no prices were posted on the wall, and I ended up getting a regular pedicure and a gel manicure. it cost $67. my friend got a regular mani pedi and it cost $55. this ended up being $122. this is extremely overpriced and not worth the money at all. I have been to very high rated salons and the prices are not near as high as this one. employees are rude and it's poor service all around. do not go here! read more

This place has horrible customer service. I will never go there again and I advise others not to waste their money either. I went to the nail salon around 3 o'clock. There were 4 customers and 4 people on staff. I came in for a pedicure. The guy that did my pedicure rushed through it and was sloppy about it. He barely scrubbed my feet and threw a towel over my legs and left. He then applied globs of lotion on my legs but not my feet, which ended up dry and cracked afterwards. He also let the lotion sit on top of my legs instead of rubbing it in. When i asked if he was going to wipe it off, he got mad at me. Overall, i give this place a 0 out of 10. The absolute WORST service I have ever received in a nail salon, or ANYWHERE, for that matter. I ALWAYS over-tip, whether it's my hair stylist, my waiter, or my nail tech, but I refused to leave a tip when I left this place. I got a gel fill-in, was taken as soon as I walked in the door, and was in the salon for 3 hours. I was passed around to three different nail techs during my fill-in. I seriously doubt the last lady who painted my nails was even a licensed nail tech. It took her an hour an a half to paint my nails, and I counted, she put TEN coats of polish on each nail. Then, when she was finally done, I went to pay, and she tried to charge me $43 for a FILL-IN. I argued, saying that was too much, and all of a sudden she didn't speak English. When I asked to speak to someone else, no one even looked up from what they were doing to come assist me. So I paid the $43, in order to keep from causing a scene, didn't leave a tip of course, and the lady looked offended that I did not tip her. Please, go somewhere else, you can easily find somewhere else that does better quality work for a decent price. If I could give this place negative 5 stars, I would!!! read more

This place is awful!!!!! I went there yesterday bc my normal nail salon was so busy (the one by dollar tree in moody--I recommend this one) at any rate, the guy that did them was extremely rude. Every single one of my finger nails are raw. They started bleeding while he was filing away. He didn't apologize or anything, just slapped some nail glue on the spots that were bleeding and kept going. While my nails were drying, he was popping pimples in the mirror. I have never had such a horrible experience before. They need to be shut down!!!! read more
