Kyle has always been reliably excellent, so I now ask for him every time, and am always very pleased. He can give me whatever nail shape I want, and does a beautiful and durable gel polish. I've only asked for nail art once, and he did it flawlessly. Everyone there is very nice. I do believe there are other techs there who are excellent, but I know for sure that Kyle is. To add a comment regarding use of lotions, soaking, and cuticle treatments, in my experience at every nail salon I have visited as a customer, those things are never a part of a gel manicure. The tech always applies cuticle oil as the very last step. But no other oils, lotions, creams, or cuticle trims or hand massages are included in a gel manicure. There may be a misunderstanding of expectations by the customer.

They have great massage chairs and offer you water and soda. I got the organic pedicure and it included, an orange rub scrub, sugar scrub, hot wax and more! The total price, without surprise add in's at the end, was agreed upon in advance. The massage was the perfect pressure and Mr. John used his instinct to make sure it wasn't too gentle, yet not too strong. Jen did my pedicure exactly how I like it to look without me having to ask. I've been to nail shops from California, Denver, Florida and 280 in Birmingham and this is my favorite by far!

They cut me about three separate times and when I was bleeding, the woman grabbed powder with her bare hands and just shoved it into my cut in an attempt to stop the bleeding. And then after I received the world's fastest pedicure, I had to ask them to clean out from under my nails which was then barely done. Absolute waste of money.
