I came in for a full set gel nail, I always tip very well this past week I had the privilege of sitting with a new tech., my final polish was clumpy not smooth or natural looking but I tipped and went my way. 1 week my nails were lifting for first time ever I went back to have them fixed same new tech I felt anger from her and she fixed but left them looking nasty and they are tacky feeling and not gel nail or quality I find it is the tech that takes pride in their product that does the best at this salon I was not charged left a small tip for a halfass job of fixing nails & will not use that tech again Stacy & Le always do good work. Aside from a poor nail job that I will have to live with for hopefully 3 weeks if they last this time I was not made to feel comfortable I had to wait 45 minutes while others were taken ahead of me and shamed for having to go back the work is a reflection on the tech, I had a bad experience this time with new tech Ms. Linda. Even tried to be accommodating though it was her mistake poor work she was not nice to me & I feel she intentionally left my nails nasty for the second time around. Very POOR!!! Totally enjoyed this visit. The place was very clean, with the techs cleaning after each guess. Everyone had to wear a mask to enter and temperature check. I appreciate the extra caution taken. read more

I was received with a smile, I travel so I must find places to that so Acrylicsand only charge $5 extra for get polish. The gel hold up on acrylic great, but I've had salons try to charge ful price for Gel polish manicure. Nail Spa was busy but they got me in and done in 75 minutes. Beautiful work too! read more

Horrible customer service experience. I called ahead and asked if there was any wait for an acrylic fill. I was told "no" and arrived 10 minutes later. When I arrived I was told there was a 30- 45 minute wait. Fine, no problem, I put my name in for an acrylic fill and ran some errands. Came back 45 minutes later and waited another 30 minutes for them to bring me back for a pedicure. I told them again that I was getting an acrylic fill and it turns out they let 3 people go in front of me so I waited another 30 minutes for my turn. Absolutely will not be coming back. read more

Have never had a bad experience here until today. My friend and I went in for a pedicure and felt like they were rushing the whole time. We paid for the tropical pedicure which was supposed to be more relaxing and longer than the classic and it was not. My feet were rushed and the bottom of them feel awful. My friend didn't get a any product on the heel of her foot the whole pedicure. Terrible experience. Will not be going back. Whole pedicure maybe lasted 25 minutes. read more

Took my little sister out for a girls day and we came here to get our nails done. We both got the same acrylic French tip with polish hand set and I was charged $35 and she was charged $45. We didn't catch it until we had already left but I'm not going to bother trying to get a refund. The lady that did my nails continuously snatched my hands back and forth. Also, there is all kinds of powder and fuzz stuck on my nails along with a crooked thumb nail placement. A guy did my sisters and he was very rude with her when he asked her if her length was okay and she said just a smidge shorter. He didn't even bother trimming them so I'm not sure why he even asked. I'm not sure about my sister, but the tools the lady used on me looked very worn down and over used. I was uncomfortable not knowing how sanitary the tools were. We were both walk-ins and we didn't have to wait at all, that was really the only good thing about todays visit. The shop it's self is very bright and energizing, but none of the employees seemed happy. Definitely will not be going back for any services and I do not recommend this place. read more

Nail Spa has really upped their game. The shop is very clean and newly remodeled. The wait time is very low and I have been given consistently good manicures. They seem to be diligent (more than most) about sanitation. The staff are always very nice. Highly recommend Nail Spa! read more
