Just moved to the area and didn't figure I'd need to look at Yelp reviews, since this nail shop is in a very busy area. Naturally, I figured they'd keep high standards. Wrong! I'm a sandles wearing lady and we all know what that means. Today, I had only a pedicure. Considered a mani, but NOPED out after experience with pedi. The lady tech in yellow shirt doing my pedicure barely, if any.. touched over pushing cuticles back, hardly snipped any skin around the nails and then painted my choice of polish...which turned out to be super thick. During her painting, she went and diluted it with remover to make it thinner. I mentioned this to her and she blew me off. Listen, I left with scaley toes and bad paint job toenails. I had to come home and literally remove the sticky, wet polish and put on tennis shoes to go to Walmart to buy similar polish I asked for. I must end this on one note; I observed a man in your salon doing another patrons toes and he was actually doing a thorough job...paying close attention to dead skin areas. So, bottom line..I came home, removed thick, wet polish, had a hot bath, tended to dead skin areas around my toes and painted them. $6 bucks from Walmart is all it took. Whereas I paid $35 including nondeserved TIP of $5. Owner of this place better make sure your staff does a THOROUGH job on feet. Because my experience sucked!! read more
