GOT AN INFECTION FROM MY PEDICURE. I went for the first time on 4/14/24. I had a 12pm appointment and at 12:10 they told me I could sit in the chair and soak my feet. Didn't get the service started until 12:30, at that point my feet were pruned up. The service was then rushed, owner cut too deep into my nail bed and cuticles, causing both big toes to bleed. I had a 9am appointment for a manicure/pedicure. There were 2 technicians working on 5 customers simultaneously. The two of them literally went from customer to customer every few minutes. The job was rushed and sloppy, I have polish stuck between my nails and my fingers. Globs are hanging off the tip. Choice of polish colors was very limited in gels. My mom started coming here recently after leaving the nail salon we had been going to for many years. She brought me and my sister with her for the first time today. Terrible. Tech used the Dremel to remove my old gels, never had me wash my hands at all during the appt so I had old gel powder, skin cells and oil on my hands the entire time. Completely rushed job. Whatever you do, DO NOT GO HERE!!! I went here for the first time yesterday and definitely was NOT impressed. I was under the impression that walk ins were allowed, however that is not the case. The tech that was helping me started off with having a bit of an attitude. She pointed me in the direction of gel nail books, which was a very limited selection. Apparently I picked the wrong book so she opened a new one and without even giving me time to really look, she asked me which one. When I sat down, she started talking to her coworkers while starting on my nails. I didn't understand their conversation but all I know was the girl seemed to be visibly angry. While working on my nails she kept reshaping them over and over again while yanking on my fingers. When she put the hardening nail gel on my pinkies, she put too much on. When I put my hands under the UV light it burned and I had to keep taking my pinkies out. All in all, I didn't realize til I was home that all of my nails look different (the worst being my thumb). Also it is very visible that the nails are already staring to grow out. I really wish I could give this place ZERO STARS. I would NEVER recommend this place!! read more

THE WORST. Got my nails done about 2 hours ago, and I just realized that nearly every nail on my left hand (and three on my right hand) is uneven and discolored. The manicure was rushed, but I figured that for $25, a mediocre shellac was fine... WRONG. My nails look like crap, the salon was filthy, and they pour the soaking acetone (removed shellac) BACK into the industrial sized bottle where they store it once your hands are done soaking in it... I travel 40 minutes to get to this Salon. I go in with hands that look like a man's and LEAVE LOOKING LIKE A LADY! I've been coming to this salon for SEVEN years. I used to work in the area. I moved in 2015 and now travel 40 minutes to get here. Why? TALENT, CONSISTENCY and CLEANLINESS. Never got a fungus. Never hurt me. I get LCN Gels. The owners are friendly and so hardworking. A kindergartener could have done a better paint job. And when they do you cuticles, well it's like they pretend to take the skin off but when you look they didn't do a thing. Cuticles were untouched. I wish I read the reviews before I stepped foot in this place. I never write yelp reviews so this experience had to be that bad. This place is so unsanitary. They used the same tools on me for the little girl that came with her mom to get a pedicure. This is why people get infections. I was supposed to get my nails done too and left to go somewhere else and get a new pedicure all over again. On my way out I told them how disgusted I felt and my nails looked horrific the guy splattered the nail police all over my toes and then started rubbing alcohol all over my feet to get the nail polish off. The lotion they put on at the end smelt so bad! The lady filed my nails so hard that it made my middle and pointer finger bleed. She didn't put enough coats of gel on so now I can still see my nail through the paint. The lady got a lot of paint on my hand. The dryer wasn't working and she told me to stick my hand in it and it didn't dry at all even when I told her it was off. My friend got gel tips and they were uneven and chunky. The lady made her bleed 2 times too. The paint is already chipping and I got it done yesterday. The lady kept stopping my manicure to go on the phone. The lady rushed our manicure and she was so sloppy. The ladies hands were dirty and didn't clean them in between clients. I get their gel manicure and its fabulous!! My manicure lasts about 3 weeks no chipping or cracking! I am a mom who cooks, cleans, etc. and if my manicure can outlast the pain I put it through, then its a keeper!! The staff is extremely friendly and tries to please the customer. I stopped in to get a pedicure because I had some time to kill in Point Pleasant, and this is by far one of the worst salons I've been to. The place looks dirty and the polishes they provide are like water with dye in it. The woman who gave me a pedicure cut my toenails WAY too short and used a cuticle cutter to do so! I've never seen any professional use a cuticle cutter to cut toenails. Once I was finished I had barely any toenail left and polish all over my toes. I have tried regular, gel, and my sister tried their dip and all of them are bad. Worst. Pedicure. Ever!!!!! They didn't even use a nail clipper..they used the cuticle trimmer to clip nails, which I've NEVER seen before! Massage consisted of some oil or something dumped on my legs...didnt even massage feet. Heels were so dry leaving there. I also got my eyebrows done by a woman who was talking on her cell phone the ENTIRE time. I had to go home and tweeze myself. Worst manicure I've ever gotten. Decided to get acrylic tips. The woman globbed on the gel, making them look thick and cheap. Then, she rushed through my nails to ensure that another patron would not leave, because there were only two workers and 5 clients in the salon. My fingers/cuticles were filed raw and while rushing the painting of my nails, every single finger had nail polish on the skin. Did not bother to clean it up. Additionally, the gel was applied lopsided, every nail slightly angled in a different direction. Will NOT be returning here. Waste of time/money. read more

Worst manicure & pedicure I've ever had- and I don't consider myself picky. the place is old and dirty. The tools are not in any type of sanitizer. The polish selection is also old and dirty. The pedicure water was cold (though I asked for it to be warmer- that didn't help). The massage is nothing more than a bottle of oil poured on your legs. They don't speak a lick of English so they don't understand your questions (ie asking for water to be warmer). I live one mile away and I'll never come back. read more
