STAY AWAY!!! HORRIBLE. I decided to treat myself after moving here, and my 3 girls. It took…read moreliterally ALL day to do our hair and cost me over $400. I also came for a mani pedi the following day and it literally took 2 hours, same lady too. I had also ask a toner be put on because I had already had my hair stripped and the lady used something else that basically ruined my hair. I ended up having to literally shave my entire head. I did not realize the extent of the damage until I tried to dye it several times after and the dye wouldn't take. She said she didn't used the toner I had asked for and that my hair must have just been destroyed from previous damage so dye would no longer take. I am BEYOND furious with this salon and would NEVER go here again. Because she didn't give me a much needed apology for not doing what i asked and ruining my hair, I would not go back for her to "fix" the situation. I wouldn't let her near a dolls hair let alone a human being (it would probably take her 4 hours.) Next time I want to spend that kind of money, I will venture elsewhere. Too bad too, they could have had 4 steady clients.
