I am leaving for vacation tomorrow. As soon as I get back, I'm going to have to find another nail salon to fix this!

So I read through the reviews and decided to give this place a try as long as Kim was doing my nails because the reviews said that she was good. What a mistake! ! One of my cuticles started bleeding. I got a gel manicure. I asked for a tip to be put on one thumb because my nail broke, and it looks horrible and fake. I've had this done at other nail salons and it's never looked like this. DO NOT GET YOUR NAILS DONE HERE!

I went here on a whim because I was shopping nearby. Wow. I've never had a worse experience at a salon. The "do not shake the bottles" or you have to pay $10 to replace (yes really ) sign should have told me to get out. So I got a spa pedicure and a gel manicure. I have two small kids including a newborn, so I do not get to get out of the house often, and therefore, I have been trying to do some self-care by getting my nails done. I thought I got a bad job done last time at another place so I decided to stop here. Didn't think the bar could get lower as my last gel manicure didn't even last week... The guy who did my nails was cutting the sides of my fingers and it was more than a typical cuticle removal. I first noticed how bad of a paint job when I got home and it's only gotten worse since then with the 2 nails breaking. The lady who did my pedicure was not friendly at all but she did an okay job compared to my nails. I was fine without chit chat so I was just trying to relax but the 80s hair band music was distracting, so I put my headphones on. The whole experience was extremely unsatisfactory. After I sat at the table in the back for like 20 minutes the guy finally took up to get my nails done. So aggravating.

So I want here because I want to go somewhere different and try something different and the people there are rude like I try making conversation with the guy that did my nails and he didn't really like talking so I sat there quiet the whole time which I didn't like very much and my nails are uneven so I won't be going there ever again

Ugh! I went in for a pedicure and manicure - pretty basic. Chose to upgrade to a spa pedicure for the extra $10. Pedicure was fine, feet and legs were treated to a soft massage, 'mud' mask, and extra lotion. While the guy was nice enough, he clearly has no clue what he was doing. My huge disappointment is my manicure. He trimmed my nails short, which was fine since I needed a break from gel and they were extremely weak. But he didn't even file them to even them out, just rough edges and I had to point out a hang nail that he created. It gets worse, he GLOBBED on the nail polish. I sat at the nail dryer for 15 mins and there was still no hope for them. They smudged immediately. $55 plus tip down the drain. If you are brace enough to try this place, wait until you're leaving to tip.

Finished product of my "manicure". Worst gel fill I've ever gotten

The worst manicure I have ever received and definitely not worth 30 dollars. The gel was all over my cuticles and fingers and it really hurt. I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone and I'm definitely not coming back.

I'm reading the bad reviews and I don't know where they're coming from, especially considering how anytime I go it's consistently busy. I've been coming to this nail salon for over 4 years. It's clean, modern, and they have tons of colors to choose from. I get the SNS or Kiara Sky dip powder instead of acrylic and I'm such a fan!! The dip doesn't hurt or ruin my nails like acrylics used to, and i still get the luxury of having long nails. I'm so particular about my nails and they always come out really nice. I also always get a pedicure and their chairs are comfy, clean, and my feet always come out amazing. And I get my eyebrows done here too. I normally go to Lee, but I've been coming here so long that I know no matter who I get my nails will come out fine. It's a bit pricey in my opinion but at least it's worth it. (Nails are normally $40, my pedicure $28-$38 depending on what kind I get, and eyebrows are $8). And FYI - you can pay with cash or card, but tips are cash only. They do have an ATM there if you forget :)

Employees are rude. My manicure barely took 10 minutes and was extremely sloppy. Would not return.

Brandon and Jenny are very good at what they do and take a lot of pride in their work so I try to go to them as much as possible.

Let me start by saying that I have visited many nail salons in the Lehigh Valley. And this was…read moreprobably one of the worst experiences I've had. I had a gel polish manicure and pedicure from another place. I wanted that soaked off and replaced with a regular polish manicure and pedicure. First, a woman at the front questioned me when I said it was gel polish. She said it was builder gel. It wasn't. Not a big deal though. Then I was directed to pick a color from the wall. Pretty standard. However there was really no greeting, no instructions about the multiple shelves of polish, no request to sign in, I had to ask. Again, none of this was a big deal. My manicurist again checked my nails to see if it was builder gel or if I had tips. Again, no. She half soaked my nails and half used the electric file to sand off the gel polish. Overall, she seemed inconvenienced and like she was rushing to work on another client. She cut my cuticle which caused it to bleed. She wiped the blood off with a paper towel that she continued to use and wipe everywhere. She never cleaned my cut cuticle with any sanitizer. Then she ushered me over to the pedicure chair. And left me there for a little bit of time without saying anything. Then someone else came over and started doing my pedicure. The second woman seemed to do a better job with my toes. But again was not very communicative and only told me to go to the dryers, didn't carry anything, didn't come over to make sure the dryer was on. It wasn't. I had to turn it on myself. I have to say, I am not a high maintenance client. I go to another place where many of the reviews say how rude the staff is and yes they are but they get the job done. I have no complaints about that place. This place was just really unwelcoming. The staff seemed to be poorly trained. The salon was pretty beat up and just not clean. I had to wait to pay because the young man at the from was struggling to juggle someone trying to make an appointment while I was checking out. I was really surprised at how busy it was but they did seem to treat their regular clients much better. I will not become one as I do not wish to return. Oh and my nail chipped 4 hours after leaving but I am tough on my nails so that may not be their fault.
