Employees are rude. My manicure barely took 10 minutes and was extremely sloppy. Would not return.

Absolutely the worst place. Not friendly & do a lazy horrible job. My pedicure was the shortest pedi I've ever gotten & the polish was put on so thick it wouldn't dry. I ended up going to my normal salon to have it all fixed. Will never be back & will inform everyone I know never to go bc it's beyond a rip off. read more

I really can't say enough good things about this place. I always get my nails done with Jenny... She's the best. She is consistently good which is super important. You never wanna to somewhere that's hit or miss. I know she's going to do a flawless job every time. They have a HUGE selection of gels to choose from which is also very important. Unlike other salons I have been to before... They actually honor your appointment here. I have never had to wait and if I did it was 5 minutes or less. The only negative I can think of is I'm not a huge fan of their pedicures there. I only got one but the girl rushed it and I didn't feel it was done very well. I could have caught her on a bad day but now I just get them some where else. Their chairs ARE nice though. read more

I would NOT recommend....they are VERY rude and weird.....they don't do a thorough job, they don't have many nail polish colors to choose from, it's a lot of men working there that DO NOT look or seem professional at all (look very disheveled and bummy looking, and they talk about everyone in their "language" (Vietnamese? If I could give this place negative stars I would. I went there with my 6 year old daughter for a fun mother daughter experience. The staff was rude to my daughter when she was trying to pick out her colors. They intended to rush her and looked at the clock multiple times. The environment is very weird and there are multiple older men there who look like they don't belong. There was very little English spoken there and there were many times were I felt that staff was talking about me. I overheard multiple people correcting staff on how they wanted their nails done. The older man that did my pedicure was taking obvious frequent smoke breaks. I had skin that had polish on it and one toe that didn't have enough polish. I spent $55.00 for a miserable experience that made me leaving uncomfortable and frustrated. I would never go here again! read more

Ryan is amazing. He does a great job. Very professional. The salon is very clean. I like that they use liners for their pedi bath. He does fantastic nail art and whenever I'm not happy he immediately fixes it and makes it better. The pricing is very fair and they have a LOT of options for gel or crystal nail and also types of pedicures. read more

First time and last! Just for the record there were two other people in the salon and no one else. All I wanted was to get a nice pedicure with a friend after lunch. We were in and out in 15 minutes ( that's with letting our nails dry). They were rude, very unfriendly and gave one worded demands. All they did was trim our nails and cuticles, which they made me bleed on a few toes. They rubbed in the squirt of lotion they put on the top of our legs and put polish on. No foot/ calf massage or scrubbing and the paint was all over my toes. I will never go there again. You'd be better off going to Walmart salon to get better quality service! Not worth $25 read more

Nice clean place with shower caps to cover pedicure tubs. The only problem is the man that answers the phone. He does not understand English well and is very abrupt. Sometime I get off the phone from making an appointment and I'm not sure I have made an appointment. They need a new phone person! read more

Rude staff! The guy was condescending, huffed and puffed at me cause I bite my thumbs and even threw my hand down at one point. Not professional at all and couldn't get done with me fast enough. My first time there, and I won't be back. Way too many shops to choose from to be treated this rudely. read more

First time here, I give it one star because the ventilation in there is good. No conversation with you what so ever, besides the workers talking to each other. The girl who was doing my nails was texting on her phone while it kept going off in between doing my nails. Very unprofessional. She rushed & I was bleeding in 3 different spots. I started going back to this place in November not because the staff is nice-they are not, but because their gel manicures would last awhile. Boy have they changed! My first three manis chipped and/or peeled within a week. Yesterday I decided to just get a regular manicure (no gel). One nail chipped last night and another peeled this morning. I can only assume they started using cheap products. The men tend to rush you in and out, and motion to you with their fingers rather than speak. It's not an issue with just one employee-four different technicians did my nails with four not so great results. I won't be going back. read more

Very unfriendly staff. And of course the 15-20 minute wait is really 25-30. I got a regular mani/pedi and its is awful! It doesn't even look as though they gave me a mani. They didn't use cuticle cream or anything. My own at-home self manicures are better! Never ever going here again. I felt that the guy in chair 2 couldn't get rid of me fast enough. I guess I'm spoiled with my $20 mani/pedi of higher quality, better service, friendlier staff, that lasts longer than 25 minutes for both(!) time frame in Brooklyn. read more

This nail salon is the best by far. I used to go to all the salons between Effort and Easton and nobody comes close to friendliness & professional work. I've had anything from acrylics to gel nails and pedicures and they always last a LONG time. A++ as far as I'm concerned. I won't go anywhere else. read more

The service here is not very good. The employees rush to get the job done, they rarely ask you what you want and you will feel very rushed being here too. I was unimpressed with the gel manicure i received nad it began peeling in less than a weke. I was told it would be a long slating finish. read more

Then I show him the shape I want and he didn't do it at all I asked him to fix it he said oh my god and laughed and then continued to talk to the other workers in a different language obviously about me but do your job and we won't have a problem read more

I have gone to this nail salon many times. Usually for pedicures, but I have been there once for a manicure. I have never had any problems here. I think their store is very clean and modern looking. They accept walk in, just dont be a walk in when its a holiday or prom season. Common sense.They do talk in their native language but that is the same at pretty much any nail salon. The people who work their are generally very nice. They make conversation with you, but if you are talking with others or wish not to talk they leave you alone. I feel they do more here than at most salons. Price is kinda high, they charge an extra $5 for a design and they say removal of any old polish is $10 but I have never been charged for that; I do try to remove it before I go most times just to be safe. They have a nice selection of colors to choose from. If I was to be super critical, once and a while you will get an employee who is kinda nasty. Be as polite as you want, they will still be short with you. Also, to dry your toes when done with a pedicure it may be hard to sit with friends if you go. There are only 4 spots and if others have them occupied you kinda have to sit to the side and wait for a spot to open. But that is just nit-picking. I continue to go here and am pleased with the outcomes of my nails/toes. read more
