this is my old reliable for getting my nails done, the staff is very nice and personable. you don't get that in other places. they're building it up there from when i first started going. i'm super happy for them and i don't go as often bc i moved, but when i'm in the area i like to try to get in there if i'm due for a fill. they recognize me still when i go in there and it's really sweet. they listen and they do great designs and are honest when they can't quite do a design on a picture (i sometimes can go a bit overboard lol). they're great at working with me to find something they can do well that i'm happy with. i just called for an appointment tonight and i'm excited to go back somewhere i'm confident in. read more

From the start, things felt rushed and impersonal. As soon as we sat down, the service menu was opened to the most expensive pedicures, and when I requested a regular pedicure, the technician audibly sighed and proceeded with very little care. She rushed through the process, did not properly treat my ingrown toenails, left skin and cuticle unattended, and painted over the area in a way that has left it painful and irritated. My toenails are jagged, the polish looks sloppy, and there was no foot rub included. To make matters worse, I was cut on my right foot, and both feet are now sore. I paid for both pedicures and tipped my technician. However, once my friend's pedicure was done, she was immediately harassed about tipping--before she had a chance to do so--and it made us both extremely uncomfortable. She was rushed out and didn't receive the back massage that's usually part of the experience, even though it was not close to closing time. What was once a relaxing and enjoyable visit has turned into an experience that left us both disappointed, uncomfortable, and now, out more money, since I need to have my pedicure corrected elsewhere. I hope you take this feedback seriously. The decline in service quality and the unprofessional treatment we received are unacceptable, and I will not be returning under these circumstances. read more

This place is horrible, I just walked out. The male owner was rushing, he didn't buff out the nails, left them all rough when I asked him to buff them out he said no. They are all uneven, they are chipped on the sides, and some nail polish left from previous color. When I complained, and stopped him from coloring it, he just asked for his amount. I recently moved to the Easton area and have been looking for a new go-to spot. I was greeted immediately as I walked in the door even though everyone was busy, they got me taken care of within 10 minutes! Jessy took care of my nails and she did an awesome job!! I told her to do whatever she thought was pretty and boy did she succeed! She even opened up a new pack of clippers, a file, cuticle pusher and cuticle scissors before she started. She was careful to double check her work for uneven lines and nails and then gave me a paraffin dip for soft hands and a massage while it dried! I have been going to this place for years! I have recommended so many people! This WAS my only place for pedicures. I was just there Friday and the pedicure I got was absolutely horrible! It took a total of 20 minutes. I did not have my calluses removed and the massage was literally 5 minutes. I was looking forward to this! Unfortunately I am was so disappointed! I LOVE THIS PLACE! I was here once before COVID and just went yesterday. Both times I had an amazing experience while getting a full set of acrylics. Cici did my nails both times. She does such a lovely job and is very kind. I will definitely make this place my go-to and would recommend it to anyone I know who is looking for an amazing nail salon! Super disappointed. Typically come here and have a great experience, this time was much different. The lady doing my pedicure rushed the entire experience, and missed certain steps in the process that was done before. The person next time had a much better experience, a longer massage, and actual nail clean up. The person who did my pedicure reused old tools, and nothing was sanitized. Absolutely horrific. This place is horrible. They did my pedicure so fast that my nail polish did not dry and it slid off the nail. My feet were still rough as they never did a proper pedicure. I was advised it was $7 more if I wanted my feet scrubbed. No soap was even put in the water. The manicure was just as bad. They want you to pre pay before they do your manicure. I advised them they are supposed to use a heat lamp to dry your nails. They stated that due to Covid they were unable to do this. (This is a COMPLETE LIE). They did not put any soap in the water to clean my nails and was told to self clean my nails in a sink. They did everything as fast and cheap as they possibly can. The girl that worked on me did not speak ENGLISH. How was she able to get a LICENSE if she doesn't speak ENGLISH. She probably doesn't have a license. Stay away from this place. read more

My best pedicure experience ever! Coco was friendly and worked hard. I had the basic pedicure, which includes hot stone massage and paraffin dip! I chose a color which required 4 coats for coverage and I messed up several toes after drying 15 minutes, but Coco and another co-worker squatted over my feet and fixed the problem perfectly. The basic ped was $26 and they encourage cash. Some language problems, but I am nearly deaf and we worked it out. read more

I used to love this nail salon, but I will NEVER be back! I was there on Saturday for a mani/pedi for $35. I left a $7 dollar cash tip and went on my way. The next day I checked my bank account statement and noticed they charged my credit card $40 dollars, even though I wrote CASH on the tip line and $35.00 on the TOTAL line on their copy of the receipt. Called the nail salon for an appointment and they told me to come right now. So I went and they told me they forgot about the appointment they had right then and I had to wait 30 minutes. Don't tell customers to come in if you don't have time. I was fine with coming in later in the day. I wasn't in a rush to go in. Also they lock you in the salon so you can't get out. I don't think the address for this place is listed on Yelp right, but the Yu Nails in Easton that I know (on Tatamy Road) is incredible. I've been going there since they first opened, and though they've gotten much busier, the service has not diminished at all and the place is clean! You'll get an AMAZING, relaxing pedicure or manicure, complete with a paraffin wax treatment, massage, and everything - they literally give you every service you could want during a mani/pedi and still charge you less than any other nail salon in the area!! I don't know what happened with the other reviewer but I've never had a single issue like that... could have just been a miscommunication so if you're wary, pay with a credit card? I will never come here again. I called prior to arriving to confirm I could get a mani/pedi at 5:45pm. The man who answered the phone said, "Yes." I arrive and am not greeted, then told I have to wait 30 minutes....I wait significantly longer than 30 minutes for my pedi to begin. Although, other white clients were giving clean tool packs to be used, I was not. To make it worse, I then was told I have to wait even longer for my full set as only one employee there is capable of performing this elementary service. I patiently waited, only to be moved seats for a white woman (who arrived an hour after me, with no appointment) and she got her nails done. I was expected to wait. When I asked to be checked out, I was asked to wait 5 more minutes. I refused. I was finally checked out. For obvious reasons, I did not leave a tip. I was then questioned and bullied for not tipping. After explaining why I will not tip such poor service, I was verbally and physically "shoo-d" away as if I was a fly. I used to like it here because it was clean and responsible. But the service has gone downhill and I wont go back. I went for a mani/pedi before my vacation and I think my feet MIGHT have touched the water, but I'm not sure because my pedicure was so rushed that I was done in 10 minutes! And I don't know what the hurry was because there was nobody else there! She wasn't friendly, and when I asked her not to cut my fingernails because I wanted them as long as possible, she went ahead and filed them down to nothing.
