No communication. Did crappy on my pedicure and had been there for over 2 hours they don't ask you anything. My granddaughter wanted a full set of nails they took her to do nails before my pedicure was done. And I even pointed out that she wanted a set of nails. By then they had done most of her manicure. What I asked for VS what I got..... No it's not a 6yo who did this... and it cost me $ 95 for this and a gelish pedicure. Also booked a few days ago and asked to get my mani and my pedi at the same time as I have a diner at 5:30. They told me yes.. at 4:30 I was worried that my mani hasn't started yet... they told me noooo problem... you are good... turn out they finished at 6... Wouldn't recommend. read more

I brought my two young daughters so we could all get pedicures together. Made an appointment and only waited about 10 minutes past our appointment time. They had a super cute pedicure chair for my youngest! Although the massager on it was broken so she was bummed about that. The techs were super friendly and attentive. My youngest was so hungry since the appointment was right around lunchtime and the woman working on me offered her a snack from her purse which was so kind. My oldest messed up her polish twice (smh) and they touched it up no problem. She also decided she wanted sparkles after and she added them no problem. The kids pedicures were $10 less than the adult price but they did all of the same things! (Lotion massage, hot towels, etc.) We had a great experience and we will definitely be back! Don't go there. Absolutely no consideration for anyone's time. Had an appointment at 130pm. She failed to tell me there were 2 people ahead of me. If she had,I could have run errands and gone back. Finally at 215 I asked her how much longer and she said 25 min. I walked out Ridiculous. Talk about no customer service ,that's it. I really believe she stuck her friends in ahead of me. I went in to the salon and they were Super nice and they sat us down quick and got to work. When the girl was finished getting the gel off my acrylic nails, I noticed a lot of polish on the sides and on the tip of the nails, and I thought it would be fine but when she put the polish on it showed through. Also when she put the polish on she didn't wait for the first coat to dry to put on the next one, so my nails are uneven. They are also taking forever to dry. Overall the service was good but the nails weren't great. read more

Horrible job. I got a girl who didn't know what she was doing and she had an attitude like I was getting my nails for free. She was rude and she acted like I was getting my nails done for free. Horrible place. Never again this place. My nails were thick and she didn't know how to do a pedicure. And she was rude. Do your self a favor and don't go there read more

I just had the worst experience here when I stopped for a pedi. I walked in and asked if anyone had time to do a pedi because I was on my lunch break. There was only 1 customer in the building and 1 worker. The worker replied, Yes, pick your color. After sitting there for 15 minutes I asked her, are you the only worker here because as I told you I am on my break. Had she been honest to begin with I would've just left. 30 minutes after I got there, she sends out an old lady who appears to be in her 80s to do my pedi. I might as well of not had 1 done at all. The lady didn't even have enough strength to scub at all. Then apparently she couldn't see because the nail polish doesn't even go all the way to my cuticle. I would've been further ahead to have a preschool give me a pedi. What a waste of my time and money. Never again, lesson learned. read more

Wendy, I understand your frustration. I have been traveling up to Lakewood (from the Warren area, a good 45 minutes drive) for over 13 years. I always make an appointment and many times have to wait because a client came in a few minutes before my time. I don't believe she put "friends" before you, the problem is most of the nail techs there do not know gel procedures. She really needs to hire techs who do. However, the time wait is my only negative issue, therefore, the 4 stars. When next I see her, I shall mention your review and once again, strongly suggest her hiring a tech(s) who can do gel nails. Note, there is a couple of nail salons here, but oh my heavens, AWFUL, HORRIBLE, ICKY, ETC. read more
