After a few minutes, I was greeted by a much older woman, probably in her 70s. She brought me over to the pedicure station and proceeded to fill the basin with extremely hot water. She then showed me a list of the types of pedicures available. She pointed to my feet and said something then pointed to the most expensive one they have. I then told her that I wanted the basic one (lowest cost). She then pointed to the middle one. I told her no I wanted the basic one. She scoffed and went to the back to get supplies. When she came back, she proceeded with my pedicure. It was unlike any pedicure I've ever had. She asked me if I wanted the nails trimmed and I said yes. She then cut them very short and uneven. There was no room for correction without cutting them even shorter to a painful length. So I had to let it go . She paid no attention to my cuticles or nail root. The foot scrub consisted of one brush across my foot (this is no exaggeration, it was literally one stroke)! The nail polish application was also disappointing. It was applied very sloppily, showing brushstrokes and bubbles. I'm a pretty easy-going person and do not expect perfection from others, especially when selecting the lowest cost item. However, I still expect some effort and pride in workmanship. It was obvious that this woman was trying to teach me a lesson for selecting the lowest cost item. If that's not the case, well, I am certainly glad I didn't waste my money on the most expensive one! When we got to the register, she ran me up and then asked if I had a punch card. I told her I did not. She then handed me one, but didn't bother to stamp it. By this time, it was clear they had no interest in me, returning it as a customer, so I left the card on the counter and left. Needless to say, I will not be returning.

I scheduled an appointment for 2 o'clock. They did not start until about 2:45 when she finally got to see me she started talking on the phone with someone for a while and told the person oh if they ask about me, don't tell them who I am. Tell them I moved and you don't know me and all sorts of shady stuff, not appropriate and then in the middle of filing my nails she just stands up leaves to go give someone else her keys ....mid filing my nails! And comes and sits back down during this time she had messed up the shape of my nails I have gel X nails she changed the shape of the nails to the point that by changing the shape back, it will be become extremely short.so I need a new set. She also continuously filed the skin around my nails, so 5 different fingers are raw and sore, and she kept telling me to relax, but I couldn't relax because she kept filing my skin, not even my nails, my skin around my nails at the end I was trying to leave and I was going to pay for the service, even though it was terrible and she got very agitated saying you don't like it and I said "well no it's not exactly what I wanted but it's not a big deal they will grow out and I will get them fixed later " I was still gonna pay for the service and she said well then you should've told me and I stated "I tried to, but you were on the phone and then you left and then she continue to shorten them while not talking to the other staff and not responding when I was saying excuse me" she continued yelling at me for not continuously interrupting her phone call whenever I was trying to politely . I tried to tell her like no I wanted the same shape, when she did ask but she continued changing the shape and then she told me to leave and that I can have the nails for free and she was very rude about it. Do not go here. It's not worth it. Save your self the headache. don't support sketchy people. Any where else is better

They told us they put us on the books for 4pm. We arrived at 4 and were seated right away all next to each other. We all got different pedicures and every one of us had a GREAT experience! We about 10 minutes into the service we got a menu for complimentary drinks. The drink options were mocktails, sodas, water, and mixed drinks with champagne. I personally got a mocktail called the sunrise Morrison which was DELICIOUS! My mom and daughter upgraded to the mint lemon pedicure which includes lots of upgrades, they pour milk on the legs to nourish, do callus removal, a mint sugar scrub on the legs, lemons squeezed on the feet and legs, and cucumbers. Helen was my pedicurist, she was nice quick and payed attention to detail, Queen did my daughter pedicure and was so sweet and thorough. I want to first and foremost say I did call the salon numerous times trying to get in touch with Michelle, and also messaged them on Instagram as they actively post on their regularly but have gotten nothing in return. I also want to start this post by prefacing that I have been a long Brazilian wax girly. Years. I've been loyal to EWC for years as I loved my waxer but hated their "wax pass" speech every time I walked past the place. I just moved to the area and GWB was recommended to me. #1: They use soft wax for Brazilians. Absolutely not. Anyone in industry knows that hard wax is much better for Brazilians. Again, I have been having this service done since I was maybe 21 years old, I am now 32, I wanted to come off the table to slap her it hurt so badly. #2: If youre planning on relaxing at all during your service, rest assured, you won't. You have to help the waxer with your own service to pull your skin taut leaving your hands covered in wax.. or maybe you'll get lucky like me and your waxer will cover your finger in wax. #3: She broke so much of my hair, missed multiple spots, including my butthole, and burned me. I left the appointment slightly sore, which is very normal. It wasn't until later that night when I showered I realized I was swollen. I had strips on my vagina that were red, raised, blistered and swollen. I used some calming cream I've used for years thinking I'll go away in the morning and it didn't. I went on my trip with hair (which then caused me to shave over the wax job.. so you can guess how bad my ingrowns were) I'm not sure if this is how they're trained, what they're being taught.. I'm not sure but I won't be back, unfortunately. I'd much rather give my money to a small local business rather than a huge corp like EWC but I guess I'll continue to search.
