The girls are very sweet. They never shame me for my nasty feet. I get the $58 Super Duper Fungal Foot Remover Package Where the take a cheese grater to me, salt, scribe, lotion, wax, trim, & cream my feet for 45 minutes... & I look like a foot model when I come out of there... I've been a loyal customer of this nail salon for the past 8 years, but unfortunately, the service has declined significantly in recent visits. The past few times I've gone, I've noticed the staff becoming increasingly rude and rushed. Despite this, I decided to give them another chance, mainly because of the years of history I had with the place. However, today was the final straw. I brought my teenage daughter with me once before, and the staff were rude to her as well, which should have been a red flag. Still, I returned today for a pedicure, hoping things had improved. The technician who helped me was surprisingly sweet and pleasant, but unfortunately, her work was far from acceptable. My nails were cut unevenly and painted so poorly it looked like a child had done them. The polish was lumpy and thick, it honestly looked like playdough had been smeared on my toenails. Even though I knew it was a bad job, I paid and gave a 20% tip. It wasn't until I got outside and saw the pedicure in natural light that I realized just how bad it really was. I felt frustrated and decided it wasn't fair to leave like that, so I went back in. When I walked back through the door, I was met with a dismissive tone from the manager or owner who said, "You're back? What did you do?" before I could even explain. The same technician approached me and, this time, was no longer friendly , she gestured for me to sit down without saying a word. When I pointed out the issue with the polish, she began removing it without a word, then told the manager something in another language. The manager instructed her to go do another manicure and she herself would take care of me. During the second attempt, the manager was brusque and told me I shouldn't have left so fast, even though the technician had put my sandals on and said I was done. Once she finished, she told me not to leave yet and to sit down , then I was left completely ignored for 25 minutes. No one came to check on me or put my sandals back on. It was clear I was being intentionally disregarded. Eventually, I put on my own sandals and left without anyone acknowledging me or saying goodbye. After 8 years of being a regular customer, I'm truly disappointed and saddened by how I was treated. I never leave negative reviews, but this experience was upsetting enough that I feel the need to warn others. I will not be returning, and I can't recommend this salon to anyone, especially not friends or family. Good service should not disappear with familiarity or time. read more

I needed a fill and my regular salon was closed, so I called White Spa to see if they could get me in today and I was told to come in in 25 minutes. When I arrived I was told to select my color and have a seat. I waited about 5 minutes before being seated. I think the gentleman that did my nails was Mike. He did a great job and I love my nails!! The last time I had my nails done, my nail tech left them pretty thick & wide; not like my natural nails. Mike reshaped them so they look more natural. FUNGUS!! I stopped in - never been before. Without asking they put gel nails on for my pedicure. OK, - however they stay on longer than regular nail polish. Upon removal I had a fungus! (and I have never had before). It is going on 7 months, I have had to go to doctor twice, I am on oral meds (very hard on your liver) and have lost 1/2 my toenail thanks to them. Depends who you get - I usually love this place but today's service was an eye-opener to find somewhere new... Today I asked for a new full acrylic set + to get my overgrown ones removed. The girl proceeded to bend my real nail (ouch), take an acrylic nail, jam it between my real nail and dip layer and PEEL the dip off. The whole process hurt and it left my real nails absolutely damaged. I was sweating from how nervous I was and the pain I was feeling, apparently enough to where she put a glove on to not touch my skin & then doused my hand in alcohol to dry my skin up. I was kinda shocked how the first 10 minutes was going. The rest of the appointment was fine, but my end result isn't exactly great.. yes I chose the design and I have to live with that but the quality is bad. The flower designs are uneven and the French tip polish on some nails doesn't extend to the side so it just ends and has a messy space between it... Want to keep coming here, but wow the process of getting the acrylic nails off was painful and honestly damaged my real nails so bad that it was the equivalent of me just biting and peeling them off myself. Especially when other clients next to me were getting theirs removed the proper way and obviously without massive damage. These were also $83... that's the most I've ever been charged at this salon (for a service I always get, so not sure why the big price difference) and for the least positive experience I've had. read more

Update: The owners contacted me shortly after my review went up and offered a full refund. They politely explained that the nail tech who did my nails was new and still learning to work with their products. I might give this salon another try for pedicures as it's closer to my house and it's fairly hard to mess up a pedicure. The clients there when I went in all seemed to be regulars and everyone seemed really happy with their work. Overall, I think this salon can do better work than what I experienced and their refund and explanation definitely won them some brownie points. First time trying this nail salon and honestly, I won't be back. I've had my go to salon for years now and I wanted to try to somewhere new because they have a fairly limited selection of colors so I started looking for a new place I came upon this salon. Pros: without an appointment, my wait time was less than 5 minutes. Also, their color selection is incredible. Lastly, all the nail techs were super nice. Cons: the man doing my nails was way to rough taking off my old set of acrylics and actually ripped two of my natural nails past the "quick". Yes, they hurt. I chose to try a coffin shape for the first time and they are way too long for my liking. I said I needed them shorter and the nail tech said that shape doesn't look good short and didn't shorten them any further. The acrylic work is uneven and way too thick. I also paid $48 for this subpar work. I should have just stuck with my usual salon and regret ever trying this place. read more

I went at 5:40 and they closed at six and still sat me down to do my nails. they finished within an hour.
