Firstly, mid day on a Thursday they got me in quickly I didn't catch the gentleman's name who completed my services but I do remember number 11 was his station for nails I was at 2 for my pedicure! I got ombré nails to match my toes and the fact that short nails actually mean short was a pleasant surprise. The salon is very clean and well staffed many color options. The only thing I'd change is he could have been more aggressive with the massage but the quality and time he had taken to be thorough was worth it! The conversation was amazing so for a full set gel and the aromapedi was 95.00 so it was worth the service and money if I was in Stillwater again this is who I'd see and where I'd go! read more

Horrible pedicure. I've been getting pedicures for 30 years. This may have been the worst ever. The "massage" was 10 minutes of him rubbing the feont of my calf and the TOP of my feet. One coat of nail polish poorly done. I gave the place another try, so I guess this is my fault. read more

I went here with two of my friends on a Thursday at 5:15 knowing I had somewhere to be around 7. I figured they would be able to get me in, but didn't end up seating us until 6:45. We continued to wait and I ended up leaving at 7 with nothing done. My friends stayed and the quality of their nails were awful, not to mention one of them was sprayed all over by the pedicure water when a worker was trying to adjust it. Accidents happen, but they still weren't willing to adjust my friend's price and actually tried to overcharge her instead of the listed basic pedicure price. I've been to this nail salon several times and every time I've had to wait longer than expected, even when not busy. They have a clean and large facility, but I will not be returning. read more

Save your money and go somewhere else!! I signed up on yelp just to help save someone from wasting time and money here. A $45 dipped manicure was just for the color. No cuticles, no cleaning the particles under the nails, lotion, etc. I was very disappointed. I took my daughters also for their first manicures and it was anything but relaxing. I would give this establishment less than one star if I could. I paid $45 for dip/NexGen nails and THREE of them fell off in under THREE days. I went in to get them fixed, got a whole new set, and then those fell off in one day. I have never in my life had this awful of an experience. Today was the last day I will visit this location. I have been coming here every two weeks for a year. In that year I've had great service and horrible service. On average, it's mediocre. Today was the 3rd time that I've been assigned to a female tech that I won't name here. She hurried thru the appointment as usual like I was an enormous interruption to her day. She was very rough and used her tools with no regard for my comfort. Often using too much pressure and grabbing skin. Absolutely careless. While she is very skilled in turning out a product that looks good. I don't appreciate being treated like I'm forcing her to do something she hates. This may be the case, I know nothing of her situation. I'm not a picky person. I cannot go back there knowing there's a chance I'd end up in her chair again. This has been my go to place for manicure and pedicures, (even though I live 30 miles away) not anymore! I had a $100 gift card to spend, the total ended up being $104 so we had to use a debit card for the remaining $4. They ended up charging my card $105! Once I realized, I called right away and asked for a refund. They said refunding was too difficult so they could only do a wire, check or a gift certificate. I did not feel comfortable giving them my bank account information for a wire or receiving a check from them so my boyfriend had to drive over, waste gas, just to get the refund in cash. If I could rate this place lower than one star I would. This place was ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. So starters as we walk into the nail salon ABSOLUTELY NO ONE greets us. We stood in the doorway at the front for approximately 15 minutes. My friend and I requested a pedicure and her mom requested a nail dip. They pointed to where they wanted us to go and led her mom to the chairs. We sat down and waited 10 minutes before anyone got to us. Normally that would be fine but they weren't very busy or very clear with their instructions. They finally came over and started with the pedicures. They were super rough. We paid for a pedicure that's description included scraping dead skin off the feet along with a brief massage and painting the toes. Neither of us received the scraping and when they say brief massage they mean it. They painted my friends toes the wrong color and left her mom waiting to get her nails done. After we were done they obviously charged us full price and never offered any apology for the wait or the screw up. I will never get my nails done here ever ever again. read more

I've gone here many many times to get just a pedicure. In my opinion they and DaVi in the new Walmart are the best at pedicures in Stillwater. Until Yesterday, I will never ever go back or recommend them to friends and family. They are they seriously lack customer service, they don't listen to their customers and are very rude. I went in yesterday to get a manicure and a pedicure for my birthday. They did a fabulous job on my pedicure I'll give them ONLY that. When it came time for my fingers I asked for a white ombré, clear to white. Told the man many times, he kept saying "you want dipping" I said "I don't know what dipping is, I want clear to white ombré." Obviously that's why I came to a nail salon to get my nails done because I don't know how to do them like that. He proceeds by filing them getting this pink powder and white powder and then clear gel and then he says "this is dipping" I said "okay as long as they turn out clear to white by all means". He continues my dipping my finger into the pink powder then sprinkling on the white. He gets one hand done. It's pink to white. I tell him "this isn't what I want" he calls his boss over tells him something in their language that I don't understand. Then the boss says "you want clear to white?" I said "yes" he says" you should said acrylic" I said " I told the tech that I wanted clear to white and he gives me dipping." I ask them just to make them white because at this point I'm so pissed, I went in there to make myself feel pretty on my birthday and they messed everything up. I've never been more disappointed in my entire life with a service. I'm a typically easygoing kind of person and I usually never complain or go online to write reviews, but this was just awful. I came in for dip, expecting that $40 for dip would include BASIC manicure care like cutting cuticles or hand lotion or even CLEANING UP THE HARDENED DIP AROUND THE NAIL, but NOPE. That would be $5 extra. I had to ask the manager to clean up the residue (it wasn't the powder) and they did, but I shouldn't have to ask for the person doing my nails to clean up the mess they left on my hands? They told me "oh it'll wash right off" but it didn't. I even tried picking it off and it didn't come off. It ACTUALLY looked like a 4 year old painted my nails by the time they were done. To pay $40 for a service and to be completely disrespected and not even get basic manicure included is a rip off and a scam. I can guarantee you that I will never go there again. read more
