I've been coming here to Sandy's studio for well over a year now and I'm not stopping anytime soon. She has been the only person who has actually been able to grow out my nails. I've always had short stubby nails and they've grown so much, I almost can't believe they're real! She is a true artist and expert! I've done so many different cool designs and she only gets better and better. Her gel manis last so long, much longer than other places I've been to in the past, which is yet another reason why I'm not going anywhere else EVER. I saw a previous review that mentioned her manicure didn't last, I'm just wondering if she's confusing Sandy for another studio (since it's in a beauty mall) because her manicures LAST LONG, like long enough to grow your nails big time. I could attach a whole album of my nails, but I'll just show you how short my nails used to be compared to how long they are now (shiny blue nails are the most recent).

Also I'm writing this post a week after I got my nails done and 5 of my nails have completely tore off or chipped. Never wasting $50 here again, best if you find another place! I have never received such a bad mani and pedi before. I don't think the women knew what she was doing. She kept saying the color I picked was a difficult one... it was white. As I was getting my nails done they ask how you are going to pay before you even finish. So I was already paying for my nails before I left which I found ridiculous. It was $61 for regular pedi and gel mani. A total ripoff for the work that they do. The receptionist is in another world. She doesn't wear her mask either. I think the owner is the only one that knows how to do their job there.

The lady told me that she did and I told her I'll be there in 15-20 min. She told me it was okay. I arrived to the location they had on google by 9:20 am and I drove around the shopping center and the salons was not there. I parked and called 3 times and nobody picked up the phone. By 10:02am a lady called me saying that she missed the call and told me to head over there to fit me in and that she will call me back because she was having issues with the computer. She gave me the new address. At 10:16am, the owner called me telling me she could fit me in by 1:30pm when I was already parking my car. I don't know what's going on but the back and forth is a pain, specially when this is not the only thing you have to do during the day.

I booked a head spa treatment, which was really great. It started with a shoulder/neck and arm massage. The scalp massage was very relaxing and soothing, I almost fell asleep.
