I called this salon on Friday and they fit me in last minute which I appreciated . The people are very nice but they don't do a good Job in the nails. I have never received such a bad mani and pedi before. I don't think the women knew what she was doing. She kept saying the color I picked was a difficult one... it was white. As I was getting my nails done they ask how you are going to pay before you even finish. So I was already paying for my nails before I left which I found ridiculous. It was $61 for regular pedi and gel mani. A total ripoff for the work that they do. The receptionist is in another world. She doesn't wear her mask either. I will be updating this review after I get my nails done. I called this morning at 9:06 am to see if they had availability for a full set acrylic. The lady told me that she did and I told her I'll be there in 15-20 min. She told me it was okay. I arrived to the location they had on google by 9:20 am and I drove around the shopping center and the salons was not there. I parked and called 3 times and nobody picked up the phone. By 10:02am a lady called me saying that she missed the call and told me to head over there to fit me in and that she will call me back because she was having issues with the computer. She gave me the new address. At 10:16am, the owner called me telling me she could fit me in by 1:30pm when I was already parking my car. I don't know what's going on but the back and forth is a pain, specially when this is not the only thing you have to do during the day. read more

The girl who did my nails was nice but I honestly hate them. I told her I wanted coffin shaped literally like 20 times and they're still not. I felt bad after telling her so many times that I just stopped. Also the color has a texture to it, like cement, and I asked before she started if it was going to be like that and she assured me it wasn't. My nails are also bubbly and uneven and just awful. I really wanted to like this place because of all the wonderful reviews. I went 30 minutes out of my way because of the reviews and they had Nexgen. However, I would not recommend this place. The staff are super nice, but getting cuts is not. My mother got a mani/pedi and the lady that she had ended up cutting her big toe (as we all know getting a cut here is really painful and takes awhile to heal). They were nice enough to give her a $5 discount, but honestly if the service is bad it should have been complimentary. She didn't get color or anything, just wanted to get her feet cleaned. She had told the lady the first time when it hurt, but I guess the lady ignored it and continued to pick at that spot which caused her to bleed. (FYI, it's the next day and it still hurts her to walk on that feet). I went in and got a manicure using Nexgen. The lady was really nice and helped me pick out a color. However, when she was cutting my cuticles, she cut too much skin on one finger. Though it didn't bleed during that time, I certainly felt it especially with the oils. I didn't say anything at that time because I already made a big deal about about my mom getting a cut, and mine seemed minor compared to hers, but nevertheless, it's definitely not something you want to get when you go in for a manicure or pedicure. Overall, the staff is nice and polite, so if you don't mind the occasional cuts, you might like it. I however prefer to be cut free. read more

This past June I was leaving on a beach vacation and wanted a color that would pop. Most importantly, I wanted to not worry about a mani or pedi so I opted for gel nail polish. Two days into my trip, my nail polish chipped on multiple fingers. I was upset that I had done gel to avoid this issue and it made no difference. After staying away from this salon for almost six months, I returned before a winter trip. Once again, after three days the nail polish looked awful and I realized I had overpaid for polish that is either old or not actual gel. I attempted to reach out in hopes that she'd help, but she ignored my written concern. She took no responsibility and never acknowledged the poor quality or workmanship. I was tolerant the first time; now, I won't return ever. I say buy nail polish over the counter and save yourself the $60+ dollars. You'll get the same result if you're only interested in having nice nails for two-three days. There are too many honest businesses needing customers. These scenarios are unacceptable. read more

I really wanted to like this place...but it was by far the worst place I've ever had my nails done. I went YESTERDAY...I was convinced to do a new type of gel...it was nicer, would last longer, etc I paid double what I would pay elsewhere and TODAY while on vacation my nails are already chipping...they didn't even last 24 hours!!!! Not to mention that I had my nails done with 1 tech...she was rushed and therefore left my nails sticky...the owner had to fix and obviously that didn't help either...I had a 2nd person do my pedicure and it was not relaxing at all...she cut my nails horribly even though I told her not to. Then the polish was all streaked...I can't even go get them fixed because I'm on vacation...so I'll have to have horrible looking nails until I return UPDATE: less than a week in and my nails are all peeling off! I've been offered a free polish but no thanks...I'll be disputing the charge on my credit card. You would think the expensive prices would match the quality of work. First of all, this place is expensive (58$) and it's not a very nice salon. The lady doing my pedicure made both my big toes bleed. Especially the right toe nail. It didn't stop bleeding for a while. The nail polish work was pretty bad. My manicure was ok but could definitely need work on the nail polishing application. After I was done, the gentleman ask about my experience and I told him that the lady made both my toes bleed and he responded with a simply "oh" and processed to charge me $58. Had a mani and pedi done here yesterday. Everyone was nice (hence the two stars), but it just wasn't up to my standards. Sloppy cuticles and painting are my pet peeves. If you don't push back the cuticles properly, it's over. In this case, the painting was also sloppy. I had to ask to have the side of one nail painted. I also paid $10 extra for some polka dots which also weren't done well. Two of them smeared. $46 down the drain. I'm pretty sure this mani won't last. I'm getting annoyed paying $30 for gel manicures only to get a mediocre job. This was my first visit here (hoping to find my new go-to spot) but I think I'll keep looking around. They were able to get me in two hours time from my phone call so that was convenient. Also, they are located about 5 minutes away, so I had high hopes for finding a convenient option. The people who work there are very friendly, except maybe for my nail technician (I think her name is Christina - she wasn't very welcoming, but then again I didn't come in for a conversation either) Anyway, the manicure itself was very simple, no frills. Not even a lotion hand massage or hot towel. My nail technician paid close attention to the application of my gel polish but somehow it still came out too bubbly and is already peeling. It's not even 9 hours later and it's already lifting up at one of the edges. Also, there are some spots with bubbles. $30 (would have been $35 because they wanted me to try their mood polish and that's normally $5 extra but they gave it to me complimentary) and I feel like it's not even going to last the week. Her services definitely show her talents and I WOULD recommend her. can't say the same about the nail technician that helped me. Ignored me still cut all cuticles. she saw I was pulling my hands away, she said that I was resisting a little and I had to remind her AGAIN that it was because she was hurting me. was concerned about a few nails looking really bad, but I figured she was going to fix them eventually. before I knew it, she finished. nails were left bumpy. didn't drill them down smoothly. didn't use enough top. From front view, they are uneven and some filed more than others. With tip, I payed almost $50. REDICULOUS for the service I received. first time doing NexGen. unprofessional. eating, checking her phone and fixing her OWN nails in between doing mine. Seemed really rushed to finish my nails but thats no excuse. I had an appointment scheduled for that time, came 10 minutes earlier in the middle of the day. I didn't come randomly or close to closing time. LASHES: synthetic done by Jade, came out better than expected. Shes very nice and comforting about my first time doing them. very gentle and calm. So after coming here for over a year, bringing my mother, countless friends, husband, and mother in law, I can clearly say that the only way you MAY get good service is if you are a loyal customer to Jade and ONLY Jade. Most people tend to go get their nails done for the relaxation aspect of it. It's typically a treat to yourself! Unfortunately, if what you are looking for is a little R&R, save yourself some money, TIME, and aggravation because you won't get that here. Jade does have some amazingly kind staff that will always greet you with a warm smile, but the lack of organization is a total killer. I can sit here and tell you some of the good technicians she has, but if you schedule and appointment with them, there's a large possibility by the time you show up, your technician has been assigned to someone else and you'll be stuck with someone who is new and less than great. (I say less than great because it seems she has a pretty large employee turnover rate.) When it comes to time, assume you are going to be there for an hour per service if your lucky. I recently went and it took over an hour for a less than great pedicure. My appointment was moved around from one time of the day to another - I told I would be scheduled with one person, all to find out when I got there that wasn't the case. I was asked to wait a "few minutes" (which initially, I happily did because it was the Saturday prior to Christmas and I understand how busy a salon gets) but I ended up waiting for about 30 minutes. Looking back, I was there for 15 min shy of 2hrs for a PEDICURE and wasn't even happy with it. This was the first time I have had a situation like this occur, but my mother has had the same thing happen to her many times to the point where she's walked out and come back on a completely separate day to finish her pedicure or nail appt. I've had friend show up for services and have left extremely unhappy. Gel polish peeling within a day, poorly shaped nails, etc. Jade is quick to offer a discount on the following service or to correct it herself, but only after she's given some excuse as to why something went wrong. I wrote earlier you MAY get good service if you are Jades loyal customer and only her loyal customer because I have seen her with her clients and it's obvious there's a night and day treatment with her regulars. It's unfortunate but it's the truth. It doesn't seem I will be coming back as it's become apparent I'm not one of her valued customer. read more

Don't waste your time here, the polish is all old and starts lifting after a week. All their nail technicians have left and it's for a reason. I actually use to come to this particular salon yearssss ago with my mother. My mother would always go to Jade and I would go to a younger girl about my age. Today was actually my first day back in such a long time and I have to say they did an AMAZING job renovating & updating their salon. It feels rather nice, comfortable and clean. Everything looks so neat and brand new. Chairs aren't tattered, massaging pedicure chairs aren't holey and the remote for massages actually work unless a lot of other places! lol, it's the truth. A pedicure here is a couple more dollars than I'm use to paying. I know I could go to other places and pay an even $20 or even lower for a slow week day but I would gladly pay the price because the standard of the work and grooming is just THAT good. My technician did an amazing job, took his time and my nails really show for it. I hate going to get a pedicure and you're practically done in 20 minutes. But here you really feel like you're getting a special treatment and care. This salon also seems to offer MANY MANY services like a spa treatment wrap for weight loss, waxing and threading, eyelash extensions. I might try the Eyelash extensions here sometime in the future! Without a doubt my new go-to spot! They have an amazing Spot On rewards program where you get a free manicure after you get five spots! You can download spot on as an app on your phone or they can give you a card, which I prefer cause I'm always running out of data haha. I expected the manicure to be almost 20 for such great service but it was only $12! The technician who did my nails was Suri. LOVE HER. She filed my nails exactly as I wanted, cut my cuticles without hurting me one bit, and constantly asked me if the shape of my nail or cuticles were okay. She was also careful to not cut too much of my cuticles, explained to me that my skin was sensitive and advised me to rub coconut oil on my fingers for faster skin growth. The mini hand massage was also a plus! She painted my nails wonderfully and wiped away any teeny bit of excess polish that may have gotten into my skin. I only wish she didn't apply such thick coats cause it took a long time for my nails to dry. I came to this place besides reading some bad reviews because i felt there were more positives then negatives reviews. Honestly!! Don't come here. I clearly asked the lady to put me with someone that is good because I am picky. She put me with the most nastiest tech Roy who kept arguing with his coworker and EVERY QUESTION i asked him he didnt know. He didn't know how to do designs. He didnt know prices. He didnt know shit! Second. I asked for a certain color with diamonds and these people told me $50 for that when clearlyyyyyy the price sign on the window says it is $20 for gel refills. I said NO and THEY MADE ME put on ANOTHER COLOR! When I mentioned to them that the color they put wasnt my taste they wanted to paint over them. They said gel pedi was $40 and the sign says $30 but okay. Then they said it was a really good pedi and worth it and really. What was worth it? Its just your regular type of pedi! At least my pedi lady was sweet. No one made me feel comfortable. No one greeted me. Jade was very welcoming upon my arrival and made me feel as if I was a regular. Naturally I have very short beds and don't enjoy wearing acrylics so I always get the side eye from nail techs.
