I did a dip manicure and was told on the phone it was $45. I knew I made a mistake when I walked in and saw nail dust EVERYWHERE, paper decorations, and it smelled heavily of cigarette smoke. I didn't have any polish on when I came in and they didn't do ANY cuticle trimming or grooming of my nails other than filing them. Even post manicure, there was no massage, no lotion, no cuticle oil, nothing! They couldnt find the first 2 colors I wanted and ended up going with my third choice which was relatively unprofessional as well. I left with gel and polish all over my skin. Finally I got up to the counter to pay and they charged me $50, when I was told it would be $45. I will not be going back and do not recommend it to others unless you want to pay $50 + tip for 4 days of barely decent nails.

I sat down, and I was trying to put the chair into kneeding mode instead of chopping mode on my back, and the lady helping me didn't know what I was trying to do because we spoke different languages so Lim came over once she asked him to to see what I needed and he told me that is an auto mode so it goes through the kneeding and chopping and rolling on your back and I asked if I could just put it on the kneeding option Because I didn't enjoy the chopping. There are several different modes on the chair many different buttons to choose from, he then proceeded to tell me if you don't like it go somewhere else he didn't explain that he only has it set in Auto and there's only one setting, even though there are several buttons to choose from he kicked me out of his store telling me to go somewhere else. I talk to him telling him I did not understand that he only had the chair programmed to One mode even though there are 8 other option to choose from. I explained I couldn't understand the lady helping me with my pedicure because we don't speak the same language and he threw me out of his store. I think this is a terrible Example of customer service if he is not offended because someone wants to put it in a different mode he should have a sign saying there is only one mode and it is auto. I work in a hospital where I am not allowed to have gel nails, so I have to use regular nail polish. I know using this makes it so the service won't last as long, but I have no choice. The nail polish was chipped on at least four nails less than an hour after I left my appointment. When I came back, she blamed it on me not getting gel and having weak nails, which is true, but she used no base coat and painted on my skin. Also, my friend went the day before and got a full gel set for less than what I was charged for regular polish. Overall bad service and cheap quality products that don't last.

Next none of my nails have an apex they're bound to break off sooner than i was hoping, and during his prep he used veryyy littleee acrylic primer, which is used as an adhesive for the acrylic to stick to your nail. One DAY after i got them done i noticed my thumb began feeling weak , a sign that ill start noticing lifting, and sure enough it is. they're all different sizes but im partial to blame bc i asked him to go a tiny bit shorter after already agreeing to a length so he had to go back over it. But i do nails and i do my own nails, so im disappointed having come out of my own pocket for nails that couldve definitely came out better for the price i paid for them. Im traveling so i wont be able to get them done for another month and usually my nails last long enough to get refills, i dont think these will even last two weeks. Some are so short they barely leave my nail bed and others are just as long as when I came in. Not one nail matches the other in length or shape. It was so bad even my husband noticed when I got home!! Without me saying anything! That's when you know it's bad.
