I had to use a salon that I normally don't use to get my dip nails changed... Not only while she was doing them I could tell that she was not trained properly. Whenever I left there my nails got caught in my hair because they were not smoothed out... Not only was it a poor manicure... within a week I needed to get another fill because she did not use enough dipping powder. My manicure is usually last three weeks I am shocked that I had to get them fixed up a week later. Not worth my time or money if anything it gave me more aggravation going to the salon. I honestly could've done a better job myself... And I know this for a fact because whenever I was locked up for three months during Covid I did order dip and attempt at myself. I've been a customer since this salon opened. The place is always clean and decorated beautifully. Karen is my technician but even the other employees greet me with a smile and a hello. And, the customers who come in are friendly towards one another. They chit chat, laugh; the atmosphere is definitely welcoming when I am there. I am sometimes a last minute appointment maker, and Karen is so accommodating- not rude or doesn't turn me away. I get compliments about my nails from my coworkers and even strangers. Kayden does my pedicures usually and he does not rush through anything and it is very relaxing. My experiences here at the salon have been fantastic!!! read more

I came for a pedicure when Nails By Karen opened after quarantine and was so impressed by how clean and well kept the salon was. The place was spotless, constant disinfecting and hand sanitizing. There were plastic shields at each nail station and all employees were wearing face masks. All employees doing pedicures were also wearing full face shields. The employees ensured that only every other seat was occupied to ensure safe distance. I love this place and the people that work here. Thank you to this great business! read more

I got a mani/pedi at this very nice, clean salon. The manicure was awesome! I normally chip my nails within 24 hours and it looked great for almost a week! I wish I'd gotten more of a massage with my deluxe pedicure but I enjoyed the scrub and mask and the polish too is still looking good a month later. A regular mani/pedi would have been $45 but with the deluxe spa green tea pedicure, the total was $60 before tip. Those prices are pretty reasonable and comparable for this area. I have been here many times and never had a bad experience. However, the last time I went there I got a pedicure and acrylic nails. The nails started to come off within 5 days and a had an accident on my left thumb where the entire nail came off. I was given a hard time about my color choice by the mainureist and did not apprrciate that at all. The glue that they are using may not be up to par considering my lack of a thumb nail. read more

I used to go here when I was younger, and was always happy with my experiences. When I came to town, I decided to book a gel manicure and a pedicure. Little did I know, I would be rushed around and given mediocre results for a ridiculously expensive price. My pedicure technician didn't massage my legs or feet but maybe 30 seconds. The pedicure from start to finish lasted 17 minutes and I was charged 40 dollars. Then onto the most unpleasant gel manicure Ive ever had. Not only was this 45 dollars, but the male technician was so rude. He cut my finger while filing my nail, didn't apologize and rushed me out of the chair. Start to finish, 21 minutes to complete a gel manicure with the polish smeared all over my nails. I don't know if this is their new standard or if this was a fluke, but I will never return to this establishment. I suggest you Spend your money where you are a valued customer and not provided the exact opposite of a relaxing experience. read more

Very nice manicure and pedicure by Laura. Excellent leg and hand massage followed by careful cleaning and shaping of my nails. The nail techs were friendly and the salon is very clean. My only suggestion would be to put something on the tv other than CNN. We all need a break from the news and political drama when trying to relax. read more

Karen is a wonderful person and very concerned about customer service. I was there for a dip manicure and there was an issue with the color streakiness that was no fault of the salon. Karen went out of her way to call me to make sure that I was satisfied and insisted on re-doing my nails to make right. I would give 0 stars if I could. They did a terrible job and treated me like shit, they had cut three of my fingers and tried to say they didn't when there was dried up blood on one.. and the owner was the one I talked to and she was rude and threatened to call the cops on me. And she spanked my two year old because she wouldn't sit still.. never again will I go back. It was my first time there. I waited half an hour to get my nails done then I sat there for 2 and a half hours! Just for my finger nails because I got my toe nails done first. They didn't correct what they messed up. I was in the middle of a fabulous pedicure when a woman stopped to make an appointment for the following day. The owner took her information and when she left, the owner commented that the woman (she had an unusual look) was a freak. Go there for pedicures. Pleasant "family" type atmosphere. Like the staff willing to accommodate what I want done.

Had an appointment and when we showed up there were not enough staff so we waited one hour to have our service. On top of that one of them had their baby with them. The baby broke a glass ornament all over the floor, then she put an iPad on at the loudest volume with a kid show screaming the ABCs, then she had the baby on her lap while trying to do nails and finally had a staff who was working on another lady stop what she was doing to come and work on her customer. The other patrons were just as annoyed as well. I asked her to turn down the iPad and she was very rude. I would never come here again! read more
